You must not trust this company. They have sent to me batteries without the necessary CE prints and could not also provide the certificate of the Eu directives 1542 as requested. This led to the batteries being confiscated by the customs and when I offered to return them , they said they will give me credit to order other products and not to return them. I proceeded with a new order and they also sent me a fake tracking number for this order. After that they stopped responding. They are scammers.

I ordered an alarm in December 2023, it never arrived and I've never received a refund. It's a scam.

Whenever I contacted the seller, I always got the same answer, that the order was at customs.
