Excellent Service Despite Delivery Issue
I had a great experience with Woodpecker Supplies UK. There was an issue with the delivery caused by DHL, but the team at Woodpecker Supplies didn't hesitate to step in and sort things out. They were proactive, responsive, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction.
When it looked like DHL wouldn't deliver on time, Woodpecker Supplies immediately arranged for a second package to be sent out to ensure I got my order when I needed it.
Highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
