Never received the order! This is a huge scam ! I’ve been trying for days to get in touch with them and nothing. I’ve tried all the methods (instagram page, email, live chat ). the telephone number that is provided in the email appears to be from another company/website or at least that’s what the man that answered said ! This was supposed to be a present and I got nothing! Shame !
Have ordered several items and have always been impressed by the quality of the product and the communication throughout the process. Last item was slightly delayed but they were great at keeping in touch and the product arrived in time for the event I was attending and the recipient loved it. Great company.
Absolutely awful. Rip off. Do not use. Paid extra for 48h delivery and a week later they had not sent item, so I missed the deadline I needed the picture for. I then gave them a new address, and still not seen picture after a further week. They ignore my emails, and “Live Chat” messages. Worst photo printer I have ever used.

I ordered a wood photo on 13/12/21. Took 8 days to contact them to be told my order is corrupted. Asked for a refund and they just ignore all contact. Had to despute the transaction with the bank. Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent company.
I ordered a single photo from wood pic, which arrived quickly and was beautiful. However I paid extra to have a stand sent with the item which didn’t arrive. I tried contacting wood pic via the online chat, email and left several voicemails which were never returned. It has been over 4 weeks since I ordered the photo and still I have received no updates on whether I am receiving the stand. I will not be ordering from this site again any definitely wouldn’t recommend to others - very disappointed
