Still waiting
Placed an order on Monday 15th September and despite trying to contact you by your online form, and sending an email I still have no idea where or when my order may get to me! I cannot recommend this company!

ORDER DESPATCHED WITH ITEMS MISSING
I have been using Woods Supplements for a number of years and never had any problems. My most recent order in August 2025 was not handled properly with half of my order not in the delivered parcel and a product in the parcel that I did not order. However, once I reported the error to Customer Service they took immediate action to rectify the it and despatched the missing items to me the next day. Excellent customer service.
