I ordered a pallet of compost and the driver failed to access my site. I cannot through the website contact anyone for a refund. Do not order from this company.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunately, on the scheduled delivery day, our driver was unable to access your site. As outlined in our delivery guidelines, when access is not possible, we offer a kerbside delivery option. When this was offered, you requested that the order be cancelled instead.
Regarding your attempt to contact us, we understand that you made contact with us on Saturday, and we’re sorry for any delay in correspondence while we were reviewing your order.
A refund is currently being processed, and you should receive it shortly.
We apologise again for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Business done right

I got what I payed for. Product was delivered in just a few days in a rural part of Mayo. Delivery guy was friendly and helpful. I will return to these guys next time I need soil or compost.

Our deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier who is responsible for providing delivery notifications. That said, we understand how important this is and apologise that this didn’t happen in your case.
