Horrendous customer service
We ordered a print from them a few years ago and it came out gorgeous. So we decided to order another as a gift for Mother’s Day. They must have been rushing because this one came out absolutely terrible. They have a high-quality guarantee listed on their website but when we contacted them they replied with a ChatGPT style reply and offered a reprint at 50% off but we still had to pay their $15 shipping fee. Horrible customer service!
