Brilliant storage facility various options of size unit at good prices. You can come and go as you please which is good if you need to get out something from the unit. All the staff are very good and Ciara was very helpful and friendly each time I visited. The security makes you feel your belongings are kept safe aswell. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

An excellent storage facility. Stored all my belongings after a move back home from studying away. Very good, neat units, very accessible and all the staff were so helpful. Won’t hesitate to use again if I need storage.

In August 2023 , After selling one house and starting a building project on a second we needed a safe , clean , and secure storage facility mainly for a large volume of expensive tools and sporting equipment . This had to be in an easily accessible location for our home in Emley . We went to inspect the units at Woodsome Valley . The facility offers everything you need . We rented one of the large units and occupied it for just under a year . The facility is gated , with access controlled from the manned reception ( there is always a real person on duty during opening hours ) . The staff headed up by Michelle are friendly , easy to deal with , and billing and admin problem free . Access to the units is easy with electric outer roller shutters and goods lifts to higher floors . There are plenty of trolleys an available . Packaging is available to purchase from reception , and they can supply contacts for ‘ man and van ‘ movers should you need one . In the final analysis the test of storage is ‘ what does your property look like after a year in one ‘ , well we can say our gear came out just as good as it went in ! All in all you’d struggle to find a better service , value ,and quality .

After having this self storage recommended by a friend, and needing some short term storage between house moves, we went down to enquire and was immediately greeted by Ciara. Super happy to help and gave us a tour of the facility and showed us round a few units. If you were running a business, you really couldn’t ask for someone better to represent it than Ciara. She’s been really helpful throughout the process of reservation and moving in.
The unit feels safe and secure, it’s clean and dry and there are plenty of trolleys etc to hand which is great to help move things. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing short or long term storage, there’s a great range of different size units to choose from.
If I had to give one criticism, it would probably be to have longer opening hours and to open on a Sunday, but personally this hasn’t bothered us as we are usually accessing it during business hours/Saturday morning anyway.

They have been a lovely company to deal with. The unit that we rented was clean and dry, the common areas were always also clean and tidy. The team running the facility on a daily basis were always unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful, their handling of the admin and payments was smart and efficient. The pricing structure was competitive, so, overall a good experience from a business that actually did it’s job in a quiet and understated manner

I rented a storage unit at Woodsome Valley Self Storage for just over a year, whilst de-cluttering my bungalow. It's been the perfect place for me to have a storage unit, less than 10 minutes drive from home. The team at Woodsome Valley have been just marvellous - they have always been very helpful and extremely kind, during a very difficult time for me. I can't praise them highly enough and have no hesitation recommending Woodsome Valley Self Storage. The storage unit itself was clean and dry - the whole set up was easy to use and felt very secure. Excellent storage facilities, staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Kept very clean and very secure. Price was reasonable and market average and conveniently located for me at the time being in my local area so not having to go to town.
I had my things in here for over a year and they were clean, dry and in the same condition as when I put them into storage.
The only reason I didn't give this facility 5 stars was that access was limited to opening times that were a little restrictive for me personally.
