Extremely disappointing experience. A kitchen that was meant to be completed within three weeks has taken nearly a year.
Communication has been consistently unreliable with repeated delays and unfulfilled promises throughout the process. The overall quality of the work is poor and the standard of workmanship falls well below what was expected. The site was also frequently left in an untidy condition.
In addition, I paid for appliances in full which have still not been delivered, and this matter remains unresolved.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I am now taking steps to pursue this matter further.

Woodstyle has been deeply disappointing. They repeatedly promised to repair or replace a damaged step that they fit!! but failed to deliver. Instead they wasted significant time with empty assurances. This lack of follow-through reflects poor professionalism and reliability. Take my advice and shop around before choosing Woodstyle.

Absolutely shocking work. Avoid at all costs. And thank me with a pint later. Pictures speak for themselves. They will have you believe they couldn’t keep me happy. Well I think we can all agree no body would be happy with this rubbish. And I’ll also tell you they gave me the money back just for transparency but left me with no glass and finishing my 9 year old could do. Who gives money back when they know they have given their all and hit a home run. I’ll tell you no one. Solicitors letter is pending so to recoup damages as I’ve had a perfectly good banisters torn out and left with a banisters I can’t even lean on. I had the top man Paddy who owns the company do the work so says a lot really. Take my advice and avoid at all costs. And to quote the owner when I complained. “ learn to love it”.

This fitted furniture is just as expensive as the other high end brands, however they don't stick to their delivery times and they keep delaying the delivery date.

When we ask for an explanation the only answer we get is "I can't explain". So far it has been 1 week and every day wr have been told we are coming tomorrow, not just meaning we have to take more time off from work.

But also that we have had to waste a whole weeks worth of holidays with our kids waiting for their fitters to arrive.

Can't leave any comments about the quality as have yet to see a single door being delivered!

Paddy fitted a beautiful new staircase for me with oak posts, rail and treads. He also installed under stair storage which is an excellent use for this space.

Do not order your kitchen or bedroom from this Unreliable company, it’s been almost 1 year and I still have not received my dressing table or kitchen units. There are plenty of other reliable company offering better price and services. They do not answer their calls, they are only interested in your money.

Very satisfied with the installation of Banisters in my home by Woodstyle. Seamless actually.

I cannot compliment the full team enough, provided a very high standard of professionalism, great attention to detail and efficient customer service.

Will definitely call on Woodstyle again in the future.
