Expensive purchase, zero service –> Unannounced pallet left at my cost
I spent over €1,500 on this order and just received it this morning. I haven't even had the chance to inspect the product yet, but the delivery left a huge disposable pallet without any prior notice. Customer service completely refuses to help or compensate for the disposal, meaning I now have to pay out of my own pocket to hire someone to remove the trash. Extremely poor service experience for a high-value purchase.

Been a customer for some years now...
Been a customer for some years now! These wood panels and accessories are truly unmatched in quality - all while not being outrageously pricy. We did a few rooms worth of projects through the years, and there was never a single hitch let alone a major issue. We reached out to support only recently - as one package part was missing, and WoodUpp support immediately reached out to chase the status with DHL, and us getting the package in the coming few working days. Superb experience, I truly hope they continue doing business this way.

Matched colour background = Huge PLUS!
Beautifully matched wooden colours with the background felt. The accessories are great, but expensive. We had a hickup in our delivery of our latest order, but were helped immediately upon contact and are satisfied with the customer support.
All in all - A strong recommendation to everyone who visits us and comments on our beautiful panels and accessories.

High/low quality panels
I ordered Akupanels 240 from WoodUpp and honestly the quality and the look is amazing and much different from other brands. So I also ordered smaller Akupixel panels for other room. But I was very disappointed with the much lower quality and the fact that the color does not even match with Akupanels. It would have been nice to have the same high quality so they can be put next to each other.
Also the choice of courier is not very good and it took them 1.5 months to deliver but these things happen.

Regarding delivery, your order from 08.02.2026 was delivered within 2 days. Your previous order from 08.12.2025 was handed over to DHL on 15.12.2025 and initially scheduled for delivery on 19.12.2025. As the delivery was postponed by DHL and later rescheduled while you were on holiday, we understand that the overall delivery time became longer than expected. We are sorry that the final delivery experience was not as smooth as it should have been.
Akupanel and Akupixel are two different product lines, and slight variations in finish and colour can naturally occur. When extending an existing project, we recommend using the same product line to ensure the closest possible match. If anything is not as it should be with your Akupixels, we will of course take full responsibility. Please feel very welcome to contact us so we can look into this together. 😊
