ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHADY PRACTICES ON THE SITE, READ CAREFULLY. ALSO THEY SAY THEY ARE IN LONDON.... WRONG....THIS US A CHEAP GARBAGE COMMUNIST CHINA COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. IM WARNING YOU DON'T DO IT!

SCAM - the website looks legitimate with nice photos, but the actual product is of low quality and not worth even the discounted price. When trying to return the product, there is no response from the seller. Please stay away!

I bought from them. Never received the product as they told me product was out of stock, yet I already had paid for it. I did get my money back but after a big struggle. It wasn't a great experience at all!

Amazing online store i have never seen before. All the products that relates your wearing are available here. Amazing quality and always best products they have on their store. Yes,the people answering my mail are nice, but they keep repeating the same informations on and on, with no hint to refund or excuses...

Been a Woofely.com user since it's inception. Love it! Doesn't get any more convenient than this. The selection is pretty great; Prices are great; and the returns are THE QUICKEST and THE EASIEST.
Also, Customer service is always friendly and helpful when needed.

Woofely has proved its worth at least to me, its a great online platform that has a range of collection. I brought a short boot and a slipper from the brand and they are so great. The stuff is comfortable, lightweight and roomy toe-box. Completely satisfied with my stuff and will surely look for the future shopping experience. Great collection, with heavy discount price. I will surely recommend it to other people who have a taste of perfection.

Will definitely recommend this. We came across this website while searching clothing for Spring season. Was a little bit concerned at first about the prices, because they were REALLY cheap. Usually I would suggest my wife not to try it, but the available sortiment and prices kind of convinced us to try.
Managed to order one of the coats in sale - like 40 EUR for one. Are you serious? And it turned out to be really good. Quality is nice, and it fits/looks good.

I love online shopping and now when I am on maternity leave, I feel like I am already out of my limits as I constantly search for new online shops and Woofely is just amazing. I have ordered one Long-sleeve coat with a very nice and springy print. I am about to give birth and I can’t wait for our long walks with my baby. I am so excited of not having a pregnant belly and wear everything that I want. Even though I am planning to wear my coat only after couple of months, I was surprised how fast the delivery was. Definitely recommend!

A great place for shopping online, here I find well detailed sections that contains foot wear, swim suits, formal dresses, causal dresses and swanky accessories. Decision can be bit difficult for you when you will step into this online emporium that have all what your wardrobe crave for. Best sales are also there that assist in shopping tremendously, I always find sales on the stuff that is of top-quality. The classy out-fits, bags and shoes transform your personality and you turn into dandy person for sure.

It has been over four months since I placed my order. I still haven’t received anything. This company is definitely fraudulent and should be shut down!!!

FIRST CLASS PRODUCT

This is a very thin cotton material, I am 5'9" & 175-180 lbs, I bought a large and it's pretty baggy. It is straight across the bottom without any length variation. It is shorter than I expected so you need to wear non see-through leggings unless you're risqué. Cute little dress, is be back to buy other colors. It does wrinkle very easy but you get what you pay for

I totally love their items. They are so soft and comfortable. The colors are vivid. I cherish them so much I've purchased a couple of them. A standout amongst the most comforting and best fitting shirts I have. Thus flexible that I can wear it as a nighty (and have), with stockings as a smaller than usual dress since it covers the bottom, or just with some jeans as an ordinary best. Include a couple of extras and it dresses it up a bit.

Really bad quality clothing..looks cheap and tacky and they refused refunds making excuses by suggesting I keep their rubbish clothes and accept only 10% refund due to costs in returning items!!!!!absolute shambles!!!!!

Would be a 0 star review. Do not order from here and if you do use paypal because you will need to return. The quality and service is rubbish and paypal help you get your return. It is not clear that the delivery will need to be returned to China and they tell you that you can only use local postal service which is extortinate, they know this so they make sure you are out of pocket either way, my return would have cost me £65 however with the help of paypal it cost me 34 of which paypal will refund me £15 and they advised me I can use whichever delivery service i choose as long as i can provide tracking as this is now being dealt with by paypal so i no longer need to follow Woofelys orders - call paypal after you raise a dispute as they advise better that way. This company is a con. They should not be allowed to operate.

I had the worst experience with woofely. I ordered 3 items. I didnt like them and wanted to send it back. After trying to talk to them over 10 times, not kidding, they still didnt solve the problem and said I have to pay for the return (which is VERY expansive) or give me back $30 refund for me to keep the horrible/poor quality items. Honestly, please do NEVER order there, the reviews on the items on the website is fake since I tried to review the items and they simply do not appear, they paid people to give good reviews and show just that. Worst customer service, china quality and ugly looking.

I ordered a cardigan on 6 th of November, waited 8 weeks, only to receive a cheap nasty looking jacket. Nothing like the picture. They refuse to give my money back! Please be aware. They operate also under Vavaspace. Return address the same. I also bought coat 7 weeks waiting , completely different cheap coat. I’m so upset £80 down the drain!!!

Should be an option for zero stars. Photos look great, 5 tops ordered, 2 months to arrive, all went in the bin. If you email to complain, they answer after a few days, but make it difficult to return. 100% wouldn't use again, 100% wouldn't recommend.

100% fraudulent company. They took months to deliver the products, awful quality when the items did arrive and im now trying to get a refund which is near impossible. DO NOT buy from them they are horrific and 100% fraudsters.

After reading reviews on Woofely, I can’t believe how often they’ve done this to everyone!! I placed an order early December and a month later still haven’t received them. “Customer service” just emails with apparently fake updates of your items being shipped. This is so ridiculous and FRUSTRATING! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
