My doggo absolutely loves receiving his Woof Pack box every time. The toys and treats are perfectly curated. Everytime I've had a question customer service gets back to me in a timely manner with positive solutions and greetings. Woof Pack is great!

I signed up for woofpack after my bark box subscription ran out because I wanted to support a Canadian company. I loved bark box they always had a great variety of tough toys and were reasonably priced.

Woof box on the other hand is more expensive and their toys are literally Styrofoam wrapped in fabric. My dogs ripped through them with one bite. When I tried to cancel after the first month they denied me saying they would let me try to tough toy pack which was just hard plastic that literally chipped my dogs tooth. I said no this didn't work, my dogs hate the treats they won't eat them and one of the bags came to us full of mold. They wouldnt cancel my subscription and they charged me the next month for the tough toy pack even though I told them it did not work. I emailed AGAIN saying to cancel or refund me that month because why am I paying more for a service that I hate after asking for a refund. They stopped replying and now I just have to get shitty toys that a chihuahua could rip through for the next 9 months. I feel like they are holding me hostage and everytime the box gets delivered I get more pissed off. Do not waste your time.

There was a shipping problem that they corrected in a timely fashion with understanding and very professional response.

My dog and I love Woof Pack! The squeaky toys are really cute and the treats are unique and evidently very tasty. The customer service staff are excellent, adjusting our orders as needed. They reply promptly, with patience and kindness. They deserve A+!! I've recommended Woof Pack to all of Trixie's friends.

Company has great customer service. They respond quickly and resolve issues immediately. They listen to the customer and offer useful suggestions on their products that may be better suited. As a monthly Woof Pack subscriber, I have found all products, both treats and toys, are of good quality and my dog loves them all.

Love the monthly boxes, and both of our dogs absolutely love the treats and have lots of fun with the toys. Each month is a surprise and I let the dogs select which toy they want to play with. And then the zoomies and full on play happens!

Honestly Woof Pack has hit every box, every single time. My boy Titan always loves his treats and he is always extra excited for the toys he gets in the Woof Pack boxes! He is always pleased!

I love woof pack. The toys keep my dogs busy and they make the best themes each month.

My dog Goliath, who recently passed away was crazy about the treats. My two king cavalier charles pups Bentley and Marigold love the toys! Marigold's favourite is the bra and the two of them play tug of war with it! Great customer service as well!!

I think we are on our 3rd or 4th woof pack, and Digby gets more and more excited each time.
He knows the box now, and “tries” to help get it open. Let me tell you, he is not as helpful as he thinks but he can’t control his excitement either. A video of the opening is something I look forward to every month ( this was something I purchased as a gift for my nephews pup).
The toys themes are fun (for us humans) and are very good quality.
The treats are great and I feel good giving them to my furry nephew.
I will continue to keep this subscription for Digby for years to come.

I saw the add so I thought I would give it a try. I am very pleased with the stuff my puppy has got. He loves playing with the toys he got and also the treats that came in the box

I have been subscribed for a couple of years now. My dog is a chewer and the items that have been provided definitely last :) She also loves the treats. I would highly recommend!

My boy Bandit absolutely loves his woof pack toys and treats! He’s a strong chewer and the toys are such good quality! I also love that the treats are all natural. 10/10 would recommend!

My girls were so happy with their new toys monthly but those treats omg were so loved. My cat was a big fan of them also. This was a great treat and experience all in all .
