Can absolutely not recommend. The founder seems to have sold the business and run with the money. The business itself has ben left behind and seems to be a sinking ship.
My order came damaged and full with scratches. What once was an elegant, beautiful and tasteful jewelry brand is now a cheap scam and a laughable nuisance. Orders aren't delivered, messages aren't answered and if someone answers after weeks, they are unfriendly and insolent. If one asks questions and demands answers they rather block people than solving the issue. Be aware one might be scammed if ordering from them!

EDIT: I neither know the old nor the new business owner, I was a returning customer for many years. Until the company became scummy. Orders not being shipped although being paid, customers not getting answers, bad experiences with customer support, customers getting ignored after never getting their order, comments of scammed customers being deleted on social media, just to name a few issues. This was once a reputable company and now it's just a scam! You make yourself look like a fool with your unprofessional behavior, thanks for proving my point.

I ordered a necklace and I loved it. Unfortunately the chain broked within a month. I have tried to contact the company for two weeks trough email and Instagram, but without any answers. So the design is amazing but the quality is awful.

after my dog passed, i decided to order a custom bracelet from them since it would be of better quality than the ones on shopee or amazon. However, after one month of wearing the chain broke and they took a long time to reply to any of my emails and dms asking them if they would replace or fix it. They eventually sent me a replacement as it was still within 30 days and they were nice about it. But the bracelets are a bit thin and have to be careful when wearing

After about a year my necklace broke and I reached out through e-mail and Instagram. I got offered 20% off on Instagram and it took two months for them to reply to my e-mail and I still have the broken necklace. I am extremely upset that their products are not made to last. Don't start a business if you don't have time for customer service!!

The illustrator at Woofpalace has drawn my pet so perfectly and it looks just like on the original picture. I am thrilled by the precision and attention to detail. High praise to the talented artist!

I really liked that I could see a first draft of my chosen picture before it was engraved. Now I am really happy with the results and the chain looks amazing!

I ordered during the black friday 26 November for the 14k gold bracelet and I have waited 4 weeks with many follow up e-mail where they just said to me its all my mistake that my order got delayed because I kept sending follow up e-mail. After long exhausting tried to call,e-mail on the website,instagram dm and facebook just to know that there has been some mistake in my order that the bracelet was not available and wont make it in time for christmas. They offer me additional big love necklace as compensation. But when I received the package I receive only my order. Well their only excuse was they are small business so its normal to late reply etc.

I ordered two of their "Gold Dipped Custom Love Necklace" and after 3 weeks only received one of them. When I emailed them about the matter they said they would throw in a keychain for the troubles as this was a present for someone. After another 3 weeks i received the necklace but without the promised keychain. Although the necklace had a great drawing and looked great, the necklace started tarnishing after 4 months of wearing, even though i had to take it off every time i had a shower or went swimming. They promised high quality and I received a cheap quality necklace even though I paid nearly $300 AUD for TWO necklaces. Overall, very disappointed with the product and experience and would not recommend them. I do recommend buying a product from Etsy which has better quality and fair prices.

got a custom made bracelet with my pup’s face on it - and I absolutely love it!!!! it’s literally worth every penny! will def order again (+ they’re packaging is sooo cute too) - 10/10 ❤️
