Beware that they do not accept returns…
Beware that they do not accept returns or even exchanges from Switzerland and other countries. This was not obvious to me when making the purchase so I was surprised to find out I was unable to change the product for another size. The main disappointment though was that 'customer service' didn't even bother to reply to my email with questions. Is it so difficult to reply to a customer and answer their question?
Clearly, I am no longer a customer and will not recommend anyone buy from them.

Danke für deine Bewertung. Das wir keine Rücksendungen akzeptieren stimmt so leider nicht. Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen aus Nicht EU-Ländern! Innerhalb der EU haben wir ein erweitertes Widerrufsrecht von 30 Tagen. Um solche Irrtümer zu vermeiden, weisen wir auch mehrfach im Onlineshop darauf hin.

I have recently had the great misfortune of dealing with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone. My goods have yet to arrive and each time I asked why the tracked package hadn't moved out of Germany the replies got more terse and unhelpful. They do not accept responsibility for anything. I am currently trying to get my money back through Paypal and they are even obstructing that
