Despite having paid extra for a quicker delivery on 2nd June 2025, I have not received the wool that I ordered even thought you have taken my money.
Therefore as the leader of a knitting / crochet club I would advise my friends not to use your company

Yarn as expected, very nice thank you but delivery took longer than expected. Ordered on a Sunday, didn’t receive until the following Friday.

I was thrilled with the range of yarn available. I was equally impressed with the Woolbox own range. I purchased the Lullaby Baby anti-pilling dk and it is gorgeous. It crochets up a treat with brilliant stitch definition. The prices are very reasonable and orders are despatched promptly. They arrive well packaged.
I placed a second order for the Emu Funfair and it arrived in a timely manner. The yarn is so squishy and delightful to crochet with.

Easy process to order. I could find what needed on the easy index for the yarn required great choice of wool.
Good company to order from kept me updated on my order of yarn and arrived in plenty of time.

Great choice of wools and accessories

I visited this site as I was having trouble finding the “West Ham” colours I was looking for in the shops. To be honest not many shops near me. Well this will be my “go to” for wool from now on! I found the site easy to use and quickly found my colours in a good quality wool AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE I normally pay. Delivery was reasonably priced and quick. Thank you!

Prompt delivery, few business days but came when it said it would. Lovely wool to knit with. Love the choice and they sell 40cm needles- I've been years trying to find decent ones. I bought one pair to try,I'll be back for more sizes.

I make small woollen gifts to sell. I had never bought my materials from Woolbox before but I saw them one day and thought id give them a go. I am so impressed! There is so much choice and every budget is catered for. I buy the less expensive bright colours for the things I sell, then occasionally go mad and treat myself to a premium brand. My yarns arrived quickly and are just beautiful. I am a very happy (and definitely) returning customer!
