I wanted silver metallic picture shown for silver had 01black underneath so ordered and received black so sent back and tried again ...
Picture for black description was 10 silver metallic ordered it but still received black...
Same wool I ordered on the original order

I recently ordered from this company…

I recently ordered from this company for the first time and I have to say, I am impressed. There was a mistake with my order so I emailed customer service and got a response 6 minutes later, issue resolved, on a Saturday! The yarn I bought was from the Woolbox Chunky range and it is very good quality at a fantastic price, doesn't split easily unlike some yarn I have used in the past. I have since recommended this company to friends and family.

Was so pleased with how easy it was to order everything I needed. It was all delivered swiftly. I am loving the JellyTot black glitter wool I ordered at the same time it is so soft and knitting up beautifully. Thank you

RICORUMI DK 100% Cotton.
A lovely range of colours to choose from. I ordered about 30 x 25g balls of this beautifully soft yarn. It is a pleasure to crochet with and great value for money.
4 stars instead of 5 as the yarn came in a black plastic bag and it looked as if it had just been thrown into it! This was my only quibble.

Great yarn and service

I used woolbox for a recent order of yarn for my daughter’s blanket. I had never ordered emu aran before and it was a great price. It arrived really quickly and the yarn is super soft!
