I am aware of the postal strikes but the order for royal mail was only placed within the last week. Rang Woolies and told that part had been sent but hadn't
Charge of £7.00 for postage on a part that cost less than £3.00 was a bit expensive.
Shame because they are usually a good company

Ordered parts for a 924S, head gasket was missing from package (pack cut open and taped up)
Sent email to resolve, owner of the company has emigrated to Eritrea or Ecuador or someplace. No reply, ordered a head gasket from a different supplier. Car now fixed and running sweet, apart from the water pump they also supplied leaks immediately. Sourced one from another supplier. It works. The tools they gave me were good though.

My order of the Porsche Key ring has arrived, which took over 2 weeks! Anyway, I was very disappointed in the packaging that the key ring was put in. Maybe, Porsche should take a look at Apple's packaging - the keyring was £27.99 and to arrive in such rubbish packaging was disappointing.
Change your delivering company as well

Just to make a clear background - I needed a full Timing belt kit + water pump for my 944 S2. I was ok with the price on the website (~400Euro) and was ready to pay for delivery (30Euro) and custom tax importing this stuff to Ireland (~100Euro).
All issues started to appear with the order itself. I made it on the website and payed it via PayPal. No confirmation was received from the store and I approached them after 3 days: "Order came up as fraudulent, we have been awaiting confirmation from the system provider. ". So they have my money and still consider my order as a fraud. Ok
Then they were quite flexible adding some small items to my order (trims, thermostat) and shipped all these together without asking for additional shipping fee. The parcel was delivered quite quickly.
I have no idea why I decided to open and to inspect the content the box, but I realized that:
1. 2 of 5 rollers/tensioners were not the ones, which specified on the website. They simply replaced good expensive items (INA) by the cheap (Febi & noname) ones.
2. they provided me with the wrong cam belt with 2 less teeth. Imagine what could happen if I wouldn't check it before installation. It could literally kill the engine!
I reported these issues to them on November 15 and nothing has been replaced or even shipped to me by today (November 24). Moreover they were offended by my words, where I asked whether the issue with the roller and the tensioner (1) is a scam or not. That is what they said: "I do resent the fact yooouo are calling us scammers, we are a reputable Porsche parts business that has been trading for many years, sometimes we do make mistakes with picking orders and we do our best to rectify these in a timely manner."
So ok. “Reputable Porsche parts business” that replaces the expensive parts by the cheap ones. And doesn't fix their mistakes (if we can call that as a mistake) in a timely manner.
So what I have now - I payed ~530Euro for something that I can't fit on my car. They (Porsche Spares UK) have not been responding to me since November 18.
Today I proposed to make a partial refund to make myself able to order these parts at another store. Let's see...

Update: the company has provided the replacements for free just before Christmas. It took a lot of time and I had to do a lot of follow-ups, but now everything is installed and works well.
