Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I accidentally placed an incorrect order (size of yarn cakes - all my fault). I messaged and they were not only extremely helpful but friendly too. Secondly, when I messaged with a further request on navigating the site for mini, individual sizes in the same colours as my cake, they helped me navigate through this.
Above all else the yarn is BEAUTIFUL and I have had so many compliments on the final piece, all down to the yarn. Excellent quality.

Fantastic yarn cakes
I have had a number of yarn cakes and accessories from Woollyccino. The customer service is excellent and very personal. Queries are answered pretty much instantly, delivery is fast even for custom cakes. Love the community group too. I would highly recommend the yarns, so customisable and lovely to use.

Ive ordered a few times and have always had great quality skeins delivered very quickly! The website is easy to navigate and if you have any questions you get responses quickly and are super helpful!! There is an amazing selection of colours and sizes to choose from including pre made or diy and for a great price too! And the packaging is super cute!!! 10/10!

Fantastic customer experience
The quality of the yarn and the speed at which is arrives on your doorstep is second to none. Woollyccino offers a variety of options, even a ‘make your own’ so you can choose your own colours for your yarn cake. My personal favourites are the ‘mystery boxes’ as you never know which colour is going to emerge from the box when you come to the wonderful little knot. It makes me crochet faster to see the colour changes! I’m happy to come back to Woollyccino again and again as the customer experience is excellent

BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, FAB
OMG this lady make the most beautiful yarn cakes. I have used her several times.You choose your colours and then you can add beads, sequins, glitter or fluff. I have tried other company's but this one is by far the best. Her colour choices are endless. She is such a lovely lady to deal with, her prices are very reasonable for the product she supplies. Delivery is super fast. I would most definitely recommend her to friends and family
