Love this company. Placed a large order in a number of different colours, different weights of yarn. They match your Lott numbers to ensure you receive the same shades in each colour if you choose. Dispatched day after placed order, received the following day, you can even choose your carrier. Received in gorgeous organza bags, well packaged in a box. I look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.

Brilliant company, all my orders have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Orders delivered by Royal Mail. I would highly recommend as great company to deal with.

I have use this company on many occasions never had a problem...wool is nicely packed and very good prices....only negative is the Web page it is very small to read on my phone as I don't own a laptop or tablet 😀 But I reccomend them 100%

I have used Wool Warehouse several times, this time I ordered the wrong colours. I returned them with a note explaining what I needed and WW sorted the colours out that was most suitable for my project.

One of my favourite shops, I’ve been shopping with them for years. I buy lots of fabric for my business and wool for my hobbies, the prices are good, delivery is always quick and on the rare occasion there’s an error with my order, it’s always rectified efficiently.

I ordered my wool with next day delivery and 4 days later the wool hasn't been dispatched

This is my favourite Yarn supplier. They have a great range and are usually the least expensive of all the UK online knitting supply sites. Sometimes it takes a few days for stuff to be shipped but they are very clear about that when you go to checkout and I don't mind the wait at all. Customer service is speedy and very friendly. I had a query and it was dealt with swiftly. I'd recommend anyone to start with Wool Warehouse first, before trying any other online knit & yarn store.

Have ordered from WW several times and always been happy. Last time, I realised just after order had been placed that I had ordered the wrong colour. Emailed them immediately and received a reply on the next working day saying that order had been amended. Delivery time as expected. Thanks WW

Very slow delivery - 7 days - and skeins of cascade 220 fingering are completely tangled.

It’s been a while since I ordered from WW as I switched to buying WI yarn from HC. I placed an order last Wednesday but sadly it still hasn’t been shipped yet. Not ideal when you’re keen to start a new project. It seems a little unfair that if you pay for the more expensive courier option that an order despatch will take priority over one choosing standard delivery. Not every one can afford to pay for next day delivery and this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them in the future.

I was a tiny bit hesitant to place an order having seen the sprinkling of single stars but I've used W/W on several previous occasions with no problems so I went ahead. If I say I primarily knit for newborns and I was down to my last few metres of white you'll understand how much I was relying on you. But I needn't have worried as my parcel was quickly and efficiently delivered by Royal Mail this morning with everything correct. An excellent selection of baby 4-ply including some unusual colours suitable for the more adventurous young mums! The price of yarn has generally skyrocketed since COVID but I don't think I'd get a better deal anywhere else.
I've just had a message in red warning me I'm not reviewing a past experience - but today IS 1st August (changed to 31st July to appease the system).

I ordered 3 x .pdf online knitting patterns to download tonight. They chopped the bottom lines off the pattern when printing onto A4.
Whatever method I tried to download them (fit to printable area, 90%, shrink to fit) they would not print the whole pattern. No use a part-pattern when knitting! I've requested a refund.

I will absolutely order from Wool Warehouse again! I live in a very small town and I was throughly impressed with not only to quality of the yarn, but also the quick delivery! I cannot believe how quickly it came. I am truly astonished. All of the yarn I need for any projects from now on will be ordered from here. I HIGHLY recommend.
