Excellent Company, Very nice Customer service, although you have to wait for around 15-20 before You can speak to them regarding the issue. This is my 2nd year with this company & its going absolutely perfect with no problem at all until now.

Great company!

It’s good insurance I won’t say otherwise but I tried to transfer my car policy to another car was cheap car to insure, anyway, was about 450£ to change it... so was more cheeper for me to cancel and do another..

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Completed online quote, daughter failed her test but passed a couple of weeks later, went online to purchase and they now decline to quote. I called and they advised very bluntly insurance is reviewed daily. I understand that but I don’t understand why they now decline? I would really like to know as their quote was good.

12/08 Thank you Woop for your reply - this was what I was needing to understand why you declined to quote. Strange you advertise low cost insurance for 17 - 24YO and then decline?? My mistake initially, but your system would not let me in to see it. Thank you for clearing this up, much appreciated.

I have reviewed all the quotes that you took out and can see that your original quote that offered a price had your daughters age as 43. The latest ones that decline have the age of 17. Unfortunately for your daughter our rating engine has taken into account risk factors of all details and determined that we should decline the quote. I'm sorry that this is the case but if the original quote had the correct age then this would have declined too

EDIT: We primarily target 17-24YO drivers but that does not mean we can insure all of them. There are many risk factors that go into the decision making process. We do not actively tell people why their quotes decline as this encourages people to falsify details to get quotes from us. Glad to have been able to help you and I'm sorry we are unable to cover your policy, pass on my congratulations to your daughter on passing her test :)

Payment taken no insurance

I was given a quote today and then proceeded to confirm and pay for this, after taking my payment details the screen then showed an error. After contacting the bank they confirmed that the money had been taken from the account yet we have no access to an insurance policy or any confirmation from Woop.

Booked a black box fitting appointment…

Booked a black box fitting appointment with HPC I do understand that this is a third party but the company gave me a 9-5 slot with AM and PM bookings.

No slots for the AM and the PM times were given to me so I assumed that 9-12 was AM and 12-5 was PM.

I got a message this morning stating that the installer was on his way so I watched like a Hawk outside my window for 8 hours and no sign of the installer.

I called HPC regarding this and they said the installer came to my door at 2 minutes to 8 the same time I got the installer is on route message.

This is not acceptable as most company’s such as Hermes or Amazon will send you 2 separate texts one with “your order is on its way” and another with “your order is almost here and/or is here.

So to start off the Black Box has been a pain and I am now over my 2 week period with the woop buddy.

I will not be happy if you now decide to cancel my policy due to your lack of communication with the third party.

I hope this review sheds some light on this issue and I also hope that HPC book their ideas up
