Read carefully before buying, but very nice support

I was disappointed my the app I had bought (VoxDo) because I had not understood how the free trial worked and that the cloning option was not included. Indeed, I had mistaken the free trial with the refund policy.

Please the time to really understand what the software does and ask questions before buying.

However, Vivian from the support team took the time to listen to my issue and helped me reach a positive situation. I am now satisfied with the software use.

I expected to have to wait hours

I expected to have to wait hours, if not a day or two for a reply to a minor issue I had with the Wootechy app, which turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part. Instead I waited several minutes! And Yasmeen seemed very anxious to help. That’s is customer care! Thanks Wootechy!

I reached out and got emails back from Chloe from WooTechy, and she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our communication. She responded to my emails promptly and took the time to clearly explain how to resolve my issue, breaking everything down into easy-to-follow steps with helpful screenshots. She even followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly on my end. She answered all of my questions individually in a very respetful way.
