Worcester computers is a great place to game and check out new tech. I would highly recommend their PC services, their knowledge is second to none!! In the town centre location, there is a downstairs area you can use to play games on their high-end PC’s, you can even hire it out for birthday parties!! Absolute 10/10, cannot recommend enough

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Our HP pc (only c 5 years old) was running incredibly slow, so we decided to give Worcester Computers a call to see if they could help. We dropped off the tower and a couple of days later they advised more RAM and a new solid state hard drive would give our pc a new life. A few days later we collected the tower and true to their word our pc was transformed. Internet access is virtually instant and the machine runs much quieter. We thought they provided a very cost effective service and would not hesitate in recommending them if you have a problem with your computer. 10 out of 10!

I had a great experience with this company! Brett and Dan were very helpful. As someone in the architecture industry, I needed a high-performance machine to handle demanding software and 3D rendering. They really took the time to understand my workflow, looked at the specific programs I use and tailored the build accordingly. Their recommendations were spot on, and the whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free!

Spoke to Dan on Thursday Morning regarding resetting a email password, Dan talked me through how reset and it was successful. Always very helpful.

Lovely folk in the Ombersley Road shop, clearly knowledgeable and more than willing to share their ideas and recommendations in an accessible and understandable way! Genuinely enjoyable discussion learning about gaming PCs and how to get started. Built a gaming PC for us and took in an old laptop for disposal. Swift turnaround in time for Christmas despite being really busy with the new store opening and various contacts. Feel very looked after, no question too daft and very responsive on email. I'll certainly be back as we continue on our gaming journey! Thank you.

Brett and Worcester Computers have looked after our business IT and compuetsr for almost a decade now. We've never had any issues or complaints and having had 2 new top spec gaming PC's built for the family our next generation of computer users are using them also!

I chose this company to build a computer for me for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, I wanted a pc built to a specification based around my intended use. I could not see the point in buying an off-the shelf machine that would have features I would never use or need, but be lacking in areas I would.

Secondly, I wanted to use a local specialist so that I could get expert, face-to-face advice prior to buying, and after sales support, including on-site visits if needed.

Brett from Worcester Computers fulfilled all of my requirements perfectly. So much better than dealing with Currys or similar. I now have a top spec, blinding fast and stable pc that meets my needs perfectly and if there are any issues Brett is there when I need him.

Highly recommended.
