Very pleased with my new awning fitted yesterday by Hannah and Rob from Worcester Awnings ... just need some sun now so we can use it!

I spent a long time researching awnings and suppliers and wanted a complete sales to installation and post-sales service, ideally from a company reasonably local to me. Of course, I also wanted a competitive price!

This proved to be very difficult ... easy if you live on the south coast or south east but not so easy in the rural west midlands. Several suppliers were very helpful and able to quote remotely based on supplied images, but very few were able to offer installation and post-sales service. One national supplier visited for a site survey but the resulting quote was way beyond my budget ... a waste of their time and mine.

I discovered Worcester Awnings by accident when researching reviews on another supplier for installations in my area. I'm so glad I sent a request for details using their website Contact Form.

From start to finish (as far as installation and demonstration, anyway), it's been a smooth ride. Hannah responded very quickly and even kept the pre-sales dialogue going out of hours via WhatsApp.

I didn't want to chance it with a "budget" level awning so went for what is probably a high quality mid-range product. It looks fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the price I paid and the service delivered.

I will update my review if anything causes me to change my opinion as we start to use the awning. However, as things stand, I recommend Worcester Awnings to anybody just starting out on this journey ... especially if you live within a 40-50 mile radius of Worcester.

Hannah and Michael make a great team. Hannah came out and measured and gave us lots of advice and gave us a quote. 3 weeks later Michael and Robert came and installed our awning which is beautiful. Also we were so pleased that they cleared up and left everything clean and tidy.

We have just had a 6 metre awning installed on our south facing balcony. We had had several quotes and then found Worcester Awnings online. Michael came out very quickly to quote and 3 weeks later it was fitted. The fitting team, Robert and Connor were very polite, efficient and neat and tidy. We could not have had a better experience. The quality of the awning is excellent and the installation very neat. Installed yesterday which was very hot after lunch and does the job perfectly.

We received an excellent service and high quality awnings. Very respectful of our property with everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommend their services.

Worcester Awnings supplied and fitted a beautiful awning for my home. I was very happy with Michael and his team. They were efficient and polite and did a great job. I have enjoyed being able to eat and entertain on my patio now that it is shaded from bright sunlight.
