Reported TWICE now that the FOOTPATH in…
Reported TWICE now that the FOOTPATH in COTSWOLD ROAD in MALVERN has been OBSTRUCTED with a BRANCH and OVERGROWN SHRUBBERY, they have took no notice again, also MISSING LINES in various places, going Downhill fast until something happens and injuries happen. Might shake them up a bit, WASTE OF SPACE at times.

Anyway. Worcester Council - rang them to report issues with residential park lines. Had to leave the message. i was surprised when private number called me 20 mins after. It was a lady from Distric Council - she couldn't help (but she would report anyway). I was told I need to speak with County Council so I asked for number - she didn't have it and couldn't find it - she was embarrassed (she found it in the end) BUT IT TELLS YOU HOW HARD IS TO USE COUNCIL LOCAL/COUNTY websites even for their own people... I won't mention that County Cuncil's www funtionality is broken and their useless autoattende tries to force you use it anyway BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO.
Anyway, how dare you to call your self council when you don't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY?! It's pointless to call you as we have to record VMs and beg for your mercy to call us back and all your e-mails are DO-NOT-REPLY.
I propose new name for Councils across UK: Council - place where we don't care but every year we will raise council tax but except emptying your bins we do nothing else...
