Be very careful with WordAI! This platform is a complete scam. After the trial period, I was charged a huge amount (over €250), even though they advertise a “30-day money-back guarantee.” I tried to contact them multiple times by email – no reply at all. No support, no refund, no way to cancel. This is a subscription trap and absolutely fraudulent. Do NOT sign up!

Total scam!
When I tried to cancel my subscription, both the website and email link didn't work. Simply stated "There was a problem, get in touch with support." I tried to contact them and sent multiple emails with screenshot proof, but received no response.

So I went on the website and it states that any other form of cancellation other than through their website and payment methods will not be regarded as valid...So I think they probably just wait out for you to catch on or the free trial to end.

Luckily, I had used PayPal as my payment method and was able to stop the payment before it went through. So be aware, everyone!!

This company is scammer. Don't payout affiliate commission for publisher. I tried connect with them but not reply to me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company says there is a free 3 day trial period but they charge you regardless if you cancel the subscription. DO NOT provide your cc info because they will take your money. They are thieves!

They are obviously scammers. No support replies (after annual payment!) for 3 different emails, FOR WEEKS. Absolute disaster

My experience seems to be the same as others. Today, 25 November 2023, just a moment ago, the company deducted R2044,17 from my account. I was on the free trial, which account I opened on 22 November 2023. So, tomorrow should be the last day of the free trial.

They don't pay out affiliate commissions. I'm opening up a case with my attorney as we speak actually to take them to small claims court in the state of maryland. This company is not real/a scam. Please stay away from them at all costs, customers or influencers alike.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Super scummy practice. Alex Cardinell is the CEO of their parent company and doesn't seem to respond to any requests as well. Please don't put yourself through this too!

I joined the affiliate program and my commission is still unpaid while the commission has been net paid for 30 days and my total commission for the month is over $100. I was planning to receive this commission on June 30th but it is now July 4th and I have not received it yet.

I wonder if this Wordai.com affiliate program is really a commission payment for participating partners? Or is this just a hoax. I emailed for help three times and got no response.

Hello, I am Aslı Simge ÖZTÜRK, I accidentally canceled the free trial when I was going to cancel my subscription and the invoice was issued immediately. You can see that I never used the app after canceling the free trial anyway. The dollar is very expensive in Turkey and that money was my rental money. Also I am a student, really I need this money really. If you don't return my money, I will starve. I have 1 commission for april. wordai has not paid even though i sent a lot of mails, no one reply, they deliberately didn't read my mail, really bad support. Feeling disappointment.

I try there subscription, and thy should be 3 days free trial. Thy advertise how good there software , and ,It is horrible , and very expensive. Thy try to charge $108 before the trial expired , but thanks good , that somehow ,third party rejected my card . and thy want me to send my picture ID. Was noting wrong with my card, If this would not happen I would waist $108

I had the same terrible experience as other people here. After canceling the subscription, after about 2 days of free trial somehow they got the payment, exactly 108 USD. Then I found "... beyond our 3-day free trial, we also offer a no strings attached 30-day money back guarantee. If you use WordAi to rewrite less than 10 articles and find that it isn't the solution for you, just contact us and we'll give you a hassle-free refund with no questions asked!", and guess what, after writing to the help center I had only 1 auto answer saying "This ticket was created on your behalf." It was the only answer from them.

Sometime later I finally got an answer and looks like I'll have my refund.

Actually, I don't think that service is bad since it does its job quite well, but the help center is garbage.

Just a small note: I used PayPal so it had the role of the agent in this case.

Terrible experience and it scares you. They charged more than a hundred USD during the free trial period. The charges remains even after cancellation of the subscription.

They are terrible. I've cancelled my subscription during the free 3-day trial and they keep debiting my CC account.

Zero support- 10000% automated!
Even after dispute with paypal, tickets, etc... zero reply. Never give them your CC, there is no human operation at all and no one cares; don't believe the "paid" excellent reviews; all affiliates!

I register their trial period with my credit card information because they said three days is free after 2 days i cancelled my annual subscription but they are still trying my credit card for get payment!

I inform them via mail and i opened ticket on their support desk pages but there is no any reply about it.
