Christian was super helpful when I called about an order I had a mistake in!

I was unable to access customer service on line so I phoned the number Christian assured me there was not a double order for ID: T94977 for which I received a second shipping notice. He was polite and seemed to understand my situation, I gave 4 stars only because I'm waiting for my next credit card bill to make sure I haven't been charged twice.

After a good experience with your website, I ordered a few items and they arrived fairly quickly. One item had a defect, so I requested a Return Authorization. In consecutive emails, your service associate Ross responded to my email, asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, then promptly processed a refund for me. He was clear, polite, and on the ball!

I order from Needen on a regular basis for school and church community activities. Usually, my orders are spot on, but this time my order contained 5 shirts in the wrong color/size. I called customer service and spoke with Ross who solved the problem and shipped me my correct shirts right away.

Easy experience with Lorenzo who got back to me very quickly and efficiently.

Amazing Service! We all face challenges everyday in our businesses...in my instance, I received a couple of incorrect products on my order. When I called to speak to customer service, Christian came to my rescue. He resolved my issue within a few minutes...no questions. He had all of the detail right at hand, and quickly ensured replacements were on their way so I could continue with my business. Thank you Christian!

The customer service is superb. The response time is immediate, together with follow-up. Christian went above and beyond to assist me with a misplaced box that was part of a shipment. He was fully prepared to replace the shipment but I wasn't comfortable with how it was handled on our end so until I could resolve that, we put the claim on hold. He was so accommodating, professional and overly helpful. My experience with Wordans exceeds all expectations.

I have tried for five day to contact the australian customer service , by email and phone. No one has answered to my request. Plus the number, which suppose to refer to brisbane office doesnt exist.
Cristina, from the italian customer service was very very helpfull, She fixed the issue in a couple of hours. Now, lucky me as italia, i had the opportunity to speak with cristina(which btw also speak a very good english) but what about the rest of australian customer?

I had some questions about a product that could not be delivered. After 1 fantastic conversation by phone with Frank, all my questions were answered, we had a good laugh and 15 minutes later I received an e-mail with all possible solutions. A great guy to talk to. Thanks so much Frank!

Totally agree with Laurine -

The delays have a HUGE impact on small businesses and their deadlines / turnover and then to not have any communication or transparency is UNACCEPTABLE.

After many, many orders placed at NETENDERS / NTEXTIL / WORDANS (all the same company), we're moving our business elsewhere.

And it breaks my heart to read that there's people waiting for 1500 Euros worth of t-shirts!!
