I have ordered products from Needen in Canada several times since I love the quality and the reliability in their delivery. Today I had trouble to login because I forgot the password. Michael from customer service helped me out quickly to resolve this and I could happily proceed with my order. All great!

Christian Sorted out my issue with right away. Simple and easy, will do more business with the company because of this.

At first I was worried that returns weren't automated and that I would have to speak to someone. However, Lorenzo made it a breeze. I appreciated that they were thorough and helpful. They asked for clarity to make sure they understood everything so they could quickly process my return. As someone that has had negative return experiences this one stood out.

Received good customer service from Christian .. helped out with an order that had some back ordered stuff. I waited to see if the rest of the order would show and it didn’t . Reached out and received a quick response and quick help from Christian who confirmed with the warehouse that the shirts were still back ordered . He solved my problem with a coupon for the amount of the missing shirts to we used on future orders from the site . Thank you again Christian for your prompt response and quick return!

Had some problems with my order, but customer service did a great job.

I ordered 8 hoodies and I received them super fast, which was really impressive. Unfortunately, one item ended up being mis-sized (production error perhaps). I emailed customer service and got a quick response from Christian. He was clear about the information he needed. Once I sent him the info, he quickly responded to let me know that a replacement hoodie was on it's was, and that I could keep/donate the mis-sized one! How fantastic! I am 100% satisfied with my experience.

I’ve always had a great experience, and if you have any problems, all you have to do is contact them and they take care of it. Christian was amazing. It definitely helping me take care of my minor problem. Definitely a company to trust with your merchandise purchasing.

I placed an order for a ton of shirts and after a few days, I realized one of my shirts were missing. I immediately contact customer service. Christian replied to my email in less than a day and told me that I would be getting a replacement for my missing order. Great guy, easy to talk with, and was very helpful. To conclude, the service here was amazing, and at the end of the day, I get to have high quality shirts for the cheapest price.
