I have ordered prints from this company and they have always been excellent however, I received an email from them offering a free print if I wrote a review. I was happy to do that.
I received an email back thanking me for the review and giving me a code to use when I completed the unframed A4 word print.
I received confirmation of the order but shortly after received an email telling me the order had been cancelled. I have emailed this company and received no response???

Thought this product looked fantastic as a birthday present for a friend. I opted for the guitar one. However, I found this quite difficult to navigate using an iphone and halfway through wished I’d used my laptop as it tended to jump around a lot using it on the iPhone. I also found it frustrating that I couldn’t preview my prints when they were in the cart- I had 3 versions and only wanted one, but couldn’t preview, so just guessed which one it was! I really hope it isn’t the unfinished one or the one I wasn’t happy with that I’ve ended up with. I’ve still not had a confirmation email either, so can’t do anything about any of it. I’ve sent an email, but awaiting a reply.

I opted for the digital version, which I received with the confirmation email right after purchase. I was surprised it was a PNG file rather than a JPEG, but I converted it in Photoshop. I liked the ability to preview the print before purchase, though it's a pity work can't be saved to return to later. Putting the most important words first in the list had the desired effect of making them more prominent, though it's not very clear what the 'size' parameter (1, 2 etc) does exactly. I printed the result on glossy photo paper and am very pleased with the result (note print colours may vary slightly between screen and print).

Ordered doctor word print for nephew's graduation gift. Real item better than website example, packaged well and received within delivery time. Chuffed by the likeness of the outline to a family member. Good work. Keep tweaking and expect another order.

Good customer service and good product. They sorted out an issue quickly and easily. Would use again.

I ordered a framed picture and received an email today asking me to leave a review
I emailed then yesterday to say that i had not received the product, obviously took no notice of my email
They easily took my money and never delivered.......
never replied to me either.......
and i suppose it’s gonna be a long haul to get a refund

Great Service and choice. Were very helpful in sorting out when ordered the incorrect print. Very much recommend this company
