Update:
I never said I did not have another editor to look at my document. I did say I did not have time to look at the document myself. It should not matter how many errors were in the document I paid you for a service. Just because you included some free things does not mean the job I paid you to do should not be correct. I understand if the mistake was at the end of the document but the beginning of the document in the dedication is ridiculous. Yes I am angry not because of this mistake but because this person Dr. Dan has attacked my character several times. I did not want a refund I just simply shared my experience with this company which is my right. A simple apology would have solved this problem but instead my character was attacked. Also I am not a male I am a female.

That is my school email address so it is spelled the way the school put it in the system. The way I spell my name is correct. Thank you so much for paying attention to the spelling of my name you are so helpful!

I was very disappointed with Wordsharp. I paid for editing and proofreading but when the document was returned there were still errors within the document. My tables were a complete mess numbers in the tables were not lined up correctly like they were when I sent the document to them (they put the document in APA format without my approval and I did not pay for APA formatting). I was told I would receive the document before May 2nd or on May 2nd when I emailed the company on April 29, 2019. On May 2nd I still had not received my document so I emailed the company and was told the document was sent on the April 30th. I know for a fact I did not receive an email from them because I was checking my email just about every hour on the hour because of my deadline. I feel like this was a rush job and who ever did the editing and proofreading did not take their time to read the document. Another editor found mistakes in the dedication page which is one of the first pages. I feel as if this was a complete waste of money.

So after I wrote this review I recieved an email from Dr. Dan that works with this company. Basely everything was my fault and not the company's fault. I explained to Dr. Dan that I did not pay for the company to format my document I only paid for proofreading and editing. I told Dr. Dan I did not have a problem with the company taking the time out to format my document but the services I paid for should have been correct. The mistake the company made had nothing to do with  understaning noncount nouns or plural versus singular in a complex sentence. The mistake was just simply not reading or paying attention. The word for was used instead of from.

After numerous emails about this issue Dan sends a final email stating that WordSharp does not guarantee that proofreading or editing are perfect and error free. WordSharp is not obligated to refund the cost of the service in the case of an edited, proofread or formatted text being less than perfect. This wording has been on our website for over a decade. I assume you read the TOS before entering into this binding contract with us. When you made your payment, you agreed to our terms of service; the fact that you were entering into an agreement with us and the link is stated on the invoice. I've shown you that we met our obligations in our TOS.

To add more stress to a stressful time in life Dr. Dan basely called me a liar and put all the blame on everyone else but the company. At the end of the day I only paid for proofreading and editing so that should have been the only thing the company did and it should have been done right. It makes absolutely no sense to pay a company for its services if the company can not guarantee the document to be error free.

I got my dissertation proofed and edited in APA style from these guys. The work was done right. It was fast and complete. I had no hassles. I recommend working with WordSharp.

WordSharp was fast, easy and very honest. I got what I paid for. I have no complaints. They were pleasant and easy to work with.

I can not recommend Wordsharp. The performance level is shallow, my work was proofread in a very sloppy and superficial way. There are still numerous orthographic errors, the list of abbreviations was apparently not considered at all, and the same mistakes were sometimes corrected and sometimes not. Also, the times were not considered at all. Unfortunately, editing only took place to a limited extent. As a non-native speaker, I expected a much more in-depth service.

Also, attempts were made to collect money for the same service more than once. After I complained, the company stopped responding. Very unprofessional. I can only advise against working with this company. Not when it comes to something as important as graduating.

I am very surprised at the extremely positive comments so far.

I was very overwhelmed with the process of choosing an editor but I picked Wordsharp for the services they offered. I was rewarded with not only excellent and efficient service but kind and encouraging customer service! Thanks Dan!

When it comes to editing for me there is not other than Wordsharp.net. I've had the pleasure of working with Dan for a number of years (I believe 8 years!) on sophisticated homeland security (non-classified) documents, documents for my college along with personal documents. Dan is always ahead of schedule and that earns trust, frankly something not often found. I know when I send Dan a document I get it back professionally edited and moreover with sound recommendations for document improvements.

I passed my oral defense April 13, 2017. I needed to have my dissertation professionally edited NLT April 20, 2017 so that I would be able to get all necessary tasks completed before April 26, 2017 to be able to graduate June 17, 2017. I picked three different editors and waited to hear back from someone who could meet my deadline. All three editors responded back; but I felt that Wordsharp.net would be the best editor for me. And I have to say that I am so glad that I chose Wordsharp.net. Not only did Dr. Dan meet my deadline. He met my deadline before my actual deadline. He had my edited dissertation back to me by April 18, 2017. The service that is provided is excellent. The corrections/suggestions/recommendations were on point. I was provided with an outstanding service and all within a timely manner. My dissertation was about 160 pages and I'd received a full detail review back within a couple of days. My dissertation chair stated that the review I'd received has been the best she ever seen and although she could not endorse any editor, I can and will.
