Christa was amazing. She really understood what I was looking to accomplish in Monday.com and was able to provide solutions quickly. There is so much you can do in the system and, as a novice user, it would take you years to learn. I hired Workflow Magic to help us design a project management system in Monday and get that implemented for our team in our small law firm. I had no idea how to start, but these folks have regularly done this, and it shows. After an initial call with Lydia to make sure we were a good fit to work together and that Monday work management would do what we needed, we signed on and got down to business.
I was then handed off to Victoria and Andy. We went through a detailed interview project so that they could understand our workflow and process and what was important to be tracked. They asked a lot of questions and listened to what I explained. They then did their magic and built out a portfolio in Monday for us. We had a group training session with my team and then started using the product. We tested for a bit and figured out what tweaks were made, and then Victoria and Andy made the changes as needed, and continued supporting us as we ramped up usage.
Just today, the provided us with a training video that can easily be viewed by staff to see how to do the various tasks in the system, along with a written SOP outlining all of the steps to actually be able to use the system.
So far so good with Monday, and I think it is going to help us be more efficient and keep on top of our workload. What I can say so far is this: without the team at Workflow Magic, I'd still be wondering how to go about building and implementing a system, as opposed to having it already implemented.

Victoria from Workflow Magic saved my Sales Team!
As a Sales Manager, making sure my team has all of the resources they need to succeed is my top priority. My company recently swapped to Monday.com from SalesForce because the price was 1/3 while still offering domestic customer service plus a bunch of customization tools that seemed good for my team.
The initial consultant that Monday set us up with was given a tall task because they didn't get access to our system until the day we swapped, causing untold amounts of chaos and stress. They did they best they could with our odd requests (niche industry) and volume requirements (400+ leads added per day plus a low six figures backlog), but ultimately it ran slowly, had countless superfluous columns, automations were broken, and worst of all I didn't feel I was equipped to fix anything on my own.
With ownership's blessing, I went and sourced a new group of consultants to fix the platform and found Workflow Magic.
Victoria was able to, within three sessions over two weeks, fix the automations, get the data display and flow where we wanted it, and created a cool automatic archival system that significantly sped up the system because it didn't have to sift through the 100k+ leads for everything without having to get rid of that valuable data. We had an hour left in our time with her, so she even hosted a training seminar for my sales team so they can get the most out of the platform, saving me a ton of time and effort from having to figure it out and teach them myself.
To top it off, recently *I* probably broke a small automation and I wasn't quite sure how to fix it so I reached out to Victoria expecting to have to pay for more consulting hours. Within hours, she popped into the system and fixed my issue, and said because it was such a small thing to not worry about breaking out the credit card.
For all of this work, going above and beyond even when she didn't have to, I give Victoria and her company 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend her/them to anyone who is having trouble getting Monday where they need it.
