Lydia was great

Monday Magic - Hands Down The #1 Monday.com Support Team

We moved over to Monday.com, and to be honest without Lydia's help I would probably still be lost. From day 1 she has been so helpful and attentive, she helped us set up and create the perfect workflow and automations for our business. As a sales driven business it was important for us to be able to see what everyone was doing in real time with our lead data. Lydia made it all happen AND gave us deep dive tutorials and videos for us to learn.

I am so impressed with her knowledge of Monday and her over the top customer service. I am so happy we found her!

Amazing work, knowledge & communication

Lydia was amazing with her knowledge of Monday.com, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We needed some help getting systems in place for our business and after a quick meeting and some information for her, she was quick to set-up and implement everything we needed and more. She had a clear understanding of not only our needs but also implemented some extra functionality she knew we would want. Lydia knew about features we weren't even aware of, so working with her allowed our systems to have more functionality than we even thought we would have.

Working with Lydia saved us hours and hours of having to learn, build, test, redo and test again if we were to do it ourselves, and everything works absolutely perfectly.

I stumbled around Monday for some time

I stumbled around Monday for some time, only able to do a few things. Lydia understood what I needed to accomplished and is helping me get the most out of this tool. She even created a step by step tutorial and a video when I needed clarity! I will certainly be using her help as I expand my use for Monday! Excellent experience!

Lydia Agopian was extremely helpful

Lydia Agopian was extremely helpful! I wasn’t sure what to expect when having to hire a CRM consultant, but she was very attentive and not only understood what we were trying to accomplish but she also made some recommendations and helped us implement some really great features that will help our operations become significantly more efficient. I highly recommend Lydia as a CRM consultant for Monday.com and I’m sure we’ll be using her services and expertise as our business continues to grow.
