Effective EOR services

We needed overseas EOR services and Workmotion provides a very effective service for us during the last 24-26 months already.
The service is supported by an effective and intuitive online platform where you can easily navigate all approvals and mutations

Workmotion makes compliance easy

Workmotion makes compliance in other countries so easy. Their solution allows companies to hire in locations where no legal entity has been set up yet. The communication with the different stakeholders is great and even when we faced some issues with the payroll in one case, the resolution was quick and it never happened again afterwards.

The onboarding for my new job was…

The onboarding for my new job was amazing, clear and fast. They helped em trough all my doubts via the ticket system and they answered pretty fast. I do not imagine starting working in Spain without all their advises and support.

Amazing Platform

Amazing platform and easy to navigate tools. Great knowledge base section and skillfull resources who are available for the issue resolution at any given point of time. Would truly recommend workmotion for all HR and EoR needs.

I've been using WorkMotion for 3 months…

I've been using WorkMotion for 3 months now since starting a new role. They are very responsive and supporting and have made my onboarding process very smooth. WorkMotion has enable my company to recruit employees outside of Germany, as we have no legal entity in the UK. Great experience.

Strong improvements over the past 2 years.

I'm a Workmotion Customer for over 2 years now.
During this time Workmotion improved their services dramatically and are now providing industry leading services.
As we also work with other EORs I can compare and need to say that Workmotion is the one with highest compliance standards.
Since the new service model was rolled out and we have our own account manager for operational services, besides the usual service center, our satisfaction increased heavily. I would give Workmotion a 9 out of 10
