My initial experience was not good getting hold of these guys for help was a nightmare but once we did we got to a solution.

I was sent the link for the download however my ISP blocked it as it was flagged as bad due to the link.

once I managed to clear the flag the emails started to flow into the mail account, after which we managed to get a working link and I downloaded the software.
i managed to get it working and i am pleased with the solution.

Workshopmanuals: Maybe sending an email without the link first would allow your emails to get through then send the email with the link

Requested a manual which was emailed to me unfortunately it would not run on my iPad a fact that was not made clear on their website. I emailed them requesting new files that would run on an IPad or if that was not available to resend the old ones as the files (almost 20gig) were too large to transfer. No reply, I resent the next day, again no reply. It is now 5 days after my first email and still no reply. The telephone number is just a message line and the advertised chat line is not there. Very disappointed.

Update 14/08 Not a word from them.

Update 19/08 seems all emails have found their way to my spam folder. They have arranged a refund the above review is therefore rescinded, I think the site should state that the manuals will not work on tablets.

I had a problem with the running of the downloaded program. I sent an email, received another link and installed the program. It ran perfectly and it all happened in less than 3 hours. Perfect service. Highly recommended!

Following my review of this company I was contacted almost immediately by David from workshopmanuals.org. I supplied my order number and details and I have to give credit to him for painstakingly trying to find the correct manual for my vehicle. We have now reached a satisafactory conclusion.

I do stand by my initial review in that I was very disapointed to have heard nothing back from my initial contact and I do not write reviews such as these lightly, however I also believe that credit where it is due, much like others seem to have experienced from the reviews here on Trust Pilot, once you successfully contact the company, David is very accomodating and helpful and will try to resolve the situation as best as possible. I am satisfied with this response that the company does indeed care about its customers.

As such I am increasing my rating to 4 stars from 2 given that my issue was resolved quickly once I had contact and the other parts of the transaction including the website, payment and download process were all very positive from my experience and I feel the manuals themselves are pretty good value.

I needed a workshop manual for my 2013 Nissan Navara. I found the correct manual which apparently covered 2005-2015 and paid the fee. The payment and download process was simple and everything went ok. The manual is in PDF form, there is no contents or anything just a huge zip file of PDFs with no titles, but you can eventually figure out which PDF you need for which system.

I noticed however a few days later when attempting to use the manual with the engine details, in particular the diesel glow plug circuits were different to what I have.

A bit of research told me the manual was showing the older engine. As such the manual is useless, at least 3 years earlier than what I needed. The title of the manual is incorrect. My system has a newer (2013) circuit with extra wires going back to the ECU hence why I needed a manual. The one I was sold does not even list this system yet the title says 2005-2015.

I contacted the company using their contact form and waited thinking it might take a few days. Literally 6 weeks later I have heard nothing which is disapointing to say the least, the company clearly cannot be bothered to deal with customers who have already paid them.

I now need another manual for a different vehicle (VW) which reminded me to write this review. I have found another company which is hopefully more reliable and I will not use workshopmanuals.org again. They clearly sell manuals which are not correct as witnessed by my own experience and other reviews on Trust Pilot and I have clearly been missold a product here. That said, I would accept it all, had they actually been bothered to respond to my query and work with me to source the correct document.

Optimistic now a product has been delivered.

Have ordered a VW T2 manual on [Order #55556] 2 days ago. Only an email received stating order is now complete, but no download or any instructions to get it. Replied to email asking for the download and also filled in website contact form!
Paid £9.99 I’m hoping Workshopmanuals.org can send me the manual or refund. I’ll update if I get a resolution.

At first I could not get the manual to work so I sent an email which was responded to in the hour from Workshopmanuals. They instructed that I had to unzip the files and go through Index to access the manual. All works now.

Bought a workshop manual for my 2018 4 series BMW as it clearly states on the website it covers all models from 2014-2020. Well, the ISTA software doesn't... it ends in 2017, so it is useless as it misses all LCI parts after 2017.

Update: I contacted support again and in the end David provided an updated manual in PDF which looks like what I wanted in the first place.

So all in all I am happy now, I got the manuals I was looking for.

I bought a manual, which did not work. The support service was very fast in replying and offering me alternatives to solve the issue. After trying a few things, I still couldn't get the software to work, so I got a refund. I give 4 starts to counteract those who say it is a scam. Of course it is not the perfect product, but you can assume this seeing the price (I paid less than 12€), but they are honest and helpful, according to my experience.

Bought a set of electronic wiring diagrams, unfortunately they did not cover my particular KANGOO II VAN. After a couple of contacts, a refund was thankfully received. The diagrams worked fine for all other Renault cars and vans prior to mine. Didn't have any issues with the 7ZIP exe uninstaller. Or the XML diagrams. They just were for the old model
of KANGOO VAN. There were no instructions on how to use any of the downloads / diagrams but the process was pretty simple and they did work.

Further to my review 2 days ago workshop manuals have been in touch and have now got everything working, I think they just need to make contacting them a bit easier.
I am now happy with the product now it’s installed and working

Paid my money, received the files, but the download software that they demand you use would not load properly and was full of weird unnecessary sub files. Very very disappointed, I'm an englishman in New Zealand and am embarrassed that this Liverpool company behaves like this. No reply to my emails for help..................... Hard earned money down the (english) drain and still haven't solved my technical probs. Ashamed to be a Pom.

Manuals got in touch after this review, tried to help but failed to give the correct manual. They have now gone silent again, repeat, very disappointed in this waste of money. this was order no. #48476 name 'kitchen'

They continued to provide assistance when I thought I would never be able to get the workshop manual due to technical difficulties on my part. Would recommend them to other people.

Excellent correspondence and support from the seller. Defo recommend. Program provides all I will ever need and more.

I wrote a previous review saying these guys were scam artists, I now retract that statement -it did look that way, but a month later they finally got in contact with me and sorted things out. I received a refund and then they managed to find a working document. Unfortunately, Trustpilot now prevents me from updating my review, so I’m adding another.

I dont know why my last review was removed but i can assure you this is not a fake review.0 stars for 0 product.Waste of time and money.As soon as you ask for a refund all communication stops dead.I have emailed them 6 times with no reply.The only reply you get is here on trustpilot.Funny that…

What an awesome service. I was sceptical at first thinking its a scam , trust me its not. This is a great supplier and the manuals are quick to download. Keep up the good work and thank you David

(-edit: After 19 days of being ignored, I published this 1-star review and I have since had contact from them. The issue has not been resolved yet, however; they still don't seem to understand that an automotive manual with tiny images (sized 143 × 96 pixels) is totally inadequate. Also, I reject the claim below about the name and order number being wrong - the order number was copied from their confirmation email. At any rate, even if the both name and order were wrong, a response of some kind is just a common courtesy)

Workshopmanuals.org provided a service manual with none of the images working.

The chat interface and the email address on the site never responded to any requests for help or a refund. I gave them 3 weeks. They are scam artists.
Do not trust them.

Had difficulty getting Virtualbox to access the manuals.
Contacted technical support with screenshots of my problem.
Got a detailed and quick reply and now everything works.

I did have a little problem figureing out the download system but the support was fast to help me with that. The manuals are really detailed and well worth the money. I got more then I expected, I was nervous buying a download but they are a great company to deal with.
