Please respond to this immediately!!! I will be writing reviews online of how terrible your service is! I waited 5 weeks for a shirt that wasnt the one i ORDERED. You guys have terrible customer service and do bad business. You shouldnt be allowed to sell any clothing and to scam people out of money and ruin there experience is terrible. My order number was 39927. This is what i received after almost 5 weeks which is totally incorrect as you can see the difference and was 5 weeks late!!! I want a full refund!!! And i want to be contacted immediately for this inconvenience!

Y'all I literally don't even write reviews but I gotta write one about these mfs I brought my brother a hoodie july 18th it's finally coming today august 11th after I paid for fast shipping as well like what bro never tf again😂 edit: still don't recommend these mfs their sizing is so off

Absolutely stay away from this place! These people are the most unprofessional "business owners" ever. I placed an order on June 20th, 2025 and did not receive any update on my order for WEEKS. I reached out numerous times only to receive 1 response every 3 days with a nonsense excuse. Eventually, after 6 weeks, my order was PARTIALLY delivered (1 out of the 4 items) and it wasn't even the correct item that I ordered. I reached out to them again, and to no surprise, they tried to pull a fast one saying that my order has been fully delivered and fulfilled even though their own USPS tracking shipment number showed that the order was partially delivered. I mean, if you're going to try and scam someone at least put in some effort to cover your tracks instead of looking like a dumb ass. Needless to say, I filed a dispute with my CC company and was awarded the claim within less than an hour.

Horrible. Sent me a damaged hoodie and after chasing them over a month with no resolution and limited to no replies, I gave up. It’s incompetence, indifference and amateur hour over there.

Horrible customer service. It’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have my product! Please don’t order from them!

Ordered a hoodie for my niece on 12/8 for her 12/18 birthday and paid for priority shipping. When my brother told me it hadn't arrived, I emailed customer service and lo and behold immediately got a notification that a shipping label had been created for my order - 10 days after ordering! I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They refused and then stopped responding altogether. I contested the charge on my credit card. Do not buy anything from these scamsters!

took about 2 weeks to finally deliver and I was excited but the shirt was js bad and cheap quality n I ordered an XL but it fit like an L never ordering again 😭😭🤦‍♂️

I'm trying to be patient with but I looked the reviews on this brand it made me think like I should just give it time I ordered it on February 21, 2024 and still have not received it till this day sooo....I'm kind of worried about it.

It was pretty good. Had to be patient bc shipping took about a month or almost a month , but it’s really worth it. It also keeps you warm and has a really good quality. Plus I got many compliments on my hoodie that I ordered . The hoodie is very good but I think it may be a little over priced.

Scam, spent 200 usd and never received
my package. Not responding on mail or the chat on the site either.
