Finding an affordable worktop installer to fit my Mirostone surfaces was challenging, but thankfully, Joe installed them brilliantly and with confidence. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly, and most importantly my surfaces looked great! I would highly recommend this company, five stars all the way!

I have been trying to get my Minerva worktops installed since March. Luckily for me, I found Joe on a search engine. I contacted him on Wednesday, and my counters were fitted by Saturday afternoon! He and his team cheerfully dealt with small and big problems before setting out for a three hour drive home!

I recently had worktop installation come to my home to install new countertops in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional.

Firstly, the communication with the company was excellent. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and were able to schedule a consultation at a time that was convenient for me. During the consultation, they took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and provided valuable suggestions and recommendations based on their expertise.

The installation itself was done with great precision and attention to detail. The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently to ensure that the countertops were installed properly. They were respectful of my home, taking care to protect the surrounding areas and cleaning up after themselves once the job was complete.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The countertops look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed the look of my kitchen. The installers paid close attention to every little detail, ensuring that the seams were seamless and the edges were perfectly finished.

Please read before committing to using this company. We needed an installer for our Mistral worktop and after looking online chose Joe, due to the reviews. We decided the negative ones were an exception. Firstly, unknown to us he is based in Eastbourne which is a four hour drive away from our location. The worktops were so heavy, Joe asked my husband to help him- if he hadn’t been there I don’t know what would have happened. I told Joe I’d read the installation instructions and how to finish the worktop, which he dismissed. To cut a long story short, at 9pm Joe had finished and we wanted him to leave. The kitchen was covered in dust and he said not to clear it up until all the dust had settled, so the following morning we cleaned up the horrendous mess to see the whole worktop was covered in swirl marks from the sander and it’s chipped. The join on the upstands is really obvious and he didn’t bother to silicon the sink in, despite paying him extra to do so.

Do not waste your money. I am so upset by what he left us with. I’ve emailed him, but received no response. Please think twice about using this guy.

Joe completed our compact laminate worktop installation to a very high standard and exactly how we wanted it. He put in the extra effort to make sure edge's were smoothed without asking and provided some very helpful insight into how to best maintain the worktop. He was also flexible in rescheduling when we had delivery issues, hence would definitely recommend his services to other.

Really really pleased with the finished. My compact laminate worktop looks fantastic and Joe was brilliant throughout . I took a leap of faith finding someone via the internet and he was friendly , hardworking and clearly skilled at what he does. Best of all he was available within days rather the weeks.

Absolutely brilliant communications and service.

We have been chasing a different fitter for over a month. After a long build we wanted to get our new worktops fitted so that we can start to use our kitchen. We got bored of chasing and I then found Worktop Installation and I am so happy that I did.

I contacted them on Monday and got a quote within 20 mins. The team were here within 48 hours and just just done a great job fitting our worktops. We can now finally get into and use our new kitchen.

A great Minerva worktop installation from Joe and his team. The worktop was installed quickly and efficiently and the joints are really good. Very pleasant to have around the house and they left it very tidy.

We were having problems finding people with experience fitting Apollo work top and willing to do the work. A search on line found Worktopinstallation, a quick call and an email and despite being extremely busy, Joe fitted us in.
They arrived on time and did a great job. Cutting the material is messy but it was cleared up before they left.
To sum up, very happy, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

They would check that we were happy with everything from positioning to the shaping of the worktop before installing.
They were tidy workers and left the kitchen in a manner ready for us to use.

They guys were great. Worked very efficiently and my worktop looks amazing. They cleaned up afterwards and were more than happy to cut an extra piece for my window sill. Would highly recommend.

Unreliable and Untrustworthy and will not turn up for the job, avoid at all costs.

I spoke to Joe on four separate occasions to discuss the work giving him five weeks notice initially on the agreed date, as well as providing all the necessary details he requested by messages and email. After speaking two days prior to the job being carried out he simply didn't turn up for the job and stopped answering any calls or messages (other reviewers have also made this point). This unfortunately caused a two week delay to my kitchen installation, extra costs due to the delays and finding someone else at short notice, something Joe clearly does not seem to care about.

Save yourself the stress, hassle and money and find someone who is professional and reliable.

We spoke on the Monday, you agreed to the Thursday and said you would let me know on Wednesday regarding timings.

The reality is you decided it was not convenient for you (even though you confirmed the job and stated you lived 10 minutes away) and rather than simply messaging or calling back to update me out of courtesy you thought it was fine to ignore my messages and voicemail and to not turn up to the job, leaving me in a very difficult position unnecessarily.

Why didn't you simply respond to my voicemail, calls or messages Joe to update me? Interestingly you found the time to reply to the TrustPilot review the very same day. Maybe all customers should communicate with you via TrustPilot in future.

Joe was faultless from start to finish. First contact he provided a competitive quote with quick availability for my Apollo Magna worktop.

Joe arrived to my address, working respectfully and left the place spotless and tidy on completion.

The quality of the installation was also flawless and i am a very happy customer.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a specialist installer for an Acrylic worktop.
