Contractors paid with net 60 days terms - Chaotic Staff responses
I worked through Workwell North America for a contract with an AI company. My payment terms were ignored, and I had to wait 60 days for an invoice to be paid (net 30 days for the client to pay Workwellna's invoice to them, and then another 30 days from client's payment to Workwellna for them to pay my invoice = 60 days from invoice date).
Onboarding was not smooth and took longer than normal and staff were either no-responsive to changed out (chaotic). The portal for submitting your hours was very very basic and there was no submit button or confirmation that you had submitted it.
