0 (Zero) starts. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY OF FRAUDSTERS. I got saved luckily. Both calling themselves as Michael and Lily are devil fraudsters. That devil Lily (in strong Russian English accent) will chase you until you deposit the money (which I never did). They con you to the core. NEVER EVER DEPOSIT EVEN A SINGLE MONEY OF YOURS. They send you all scam agreements. They keep saying refundable so as to fool ourselves. That's it. They give an Indian account to deposit Rs 42000. Just imagine, in a country like India, if they scam just 100 people and all pay Rs 42000, the fraudsters make millions. I am very sad for those who have lost their savings trusting them of job offers in UK. No company in UK would sponsor temporary worker visa for warehouse jobs. PLEASE DO STAY AWAY FROM THE MONSTERS POSING AS MICHAEL AND DEVIL LILY.

Be very careful before trusting this agency – feels suspicious

I’m writing this review to help others stay cautious. I came across a job vacancy on Facebook that redirected me to a Telegram group handled by someone claiming to represent Work Your Way UK.

At first, everything looked very professional — they explained the job opportunity clearly, sent an official-looking email for an interview, and even called me over the telegram. The process looked legitimate, and the website also seemed well-made.

However, a few things didn’t feel right:

The recruiter name wasn’t listed on their website initially but after my incident added as recruiter.

The phone call sounded like it was done using some kind of voice software — the accent suddenly switched from Indian to British.

When I asked to visit their office or to speak on another direct number, they refused.

Later, they requested a payment to continue the process, which made me doubt their authenticity.

Their Instagram also shows videos that appear scripted and not genuine, with accounts that seem newly created.

I can’t say with 100% proof that they are scammers, but the entire process felt very suspicious. I decided not to continue.

⚠️ My advice to others:

Never pay any amount without visiting their office or any of your known one visit their office.

Be careful if communication only happens through Telegram.

Please be cautious — they appear very professional, and it’s easy to believe they’re genuine at first.

Although the company provides detailed but…

Although the company provides detailed information regarding the job and its policies, I identified three concerning red flags:

The advertised minimum wage of £18 per hour is significantly higher than the government-prescribed rate of £12.10, which raises questions about its authenticity.

I was asked to pay a "commitment deposit" ranging from £200 to £300, which they claim is refundable within five days of signing the contract. They also stated that the amount would be returned to my bank account if the visa application is rejected.

The job listing included conflicting titles — namely, Warehouse Operative and Janitor. When I queried this inconsistency, I was informed it was an error made by the SMM manager.

Additionally, I was unable to find any verified online ratings for the company. The video testimonials shared on their Telegram channel appear staged and lack credibility.
