I ordered a Formuler Z12 on Thursday, and it was delivered on Friday afternoon.

I've bought a few things from World of Satellite over the years, and their service has always been top class.

I've only had a quick look at the Z12. The picture quality is outstanding.

I ordered a Formuler Z11 Pro Max at about 3pm parcel arrived about 1pm the next day very well packed. I upgraded from a Z10 Pro , much better performance, well satisfied , thanks very much . I would definitely recommend World of Satellite in the future.

I wish these companies would accept when you say "UNSUBSCRIBE" and remove from their system as they say they do.

And not to send 3-4 at a time.

I ordered a AB PULSe 4K Rev II Twin Satellite Tuner 2XS2X online with the "pre-setup for Freesat UK" option. It arrived well packaged the next day and was very easy to connect. As promised, the potentially-tricky setup had all been done for me so I was able to get up and running in a matter of minutes. I was impressed by the efficiency and communication, and the price was very good. This looks like a great improvement over my previous Humax Foxsat HDR Freesat unit (admittedly this was 15 years old). I hadn't used World-of-Satellite before but would have no hesitation to do so again.

I've bought two different Formuler devices from WoS over the last 12 months, and I'm about to buy a third. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, then let me spell it out. WoS does not build their own product, they just sell them, but they are competitively priced and delivery has always been fast, secure, and well-packaged. I've not had to use customer services for any follow-ups, which is always a positive, but I would expect their customer service to also be very good.

Bought a new Formuler Z11 Pro Max BT1. Very quick delivery, good email comms. Outside box was a little squashed on arrival but thankfully everything was so well package inside there was no damage to the Z11.
Definitely recommend buying from WoS.
