Bought a Tivusat decoder for Italian TV, it was pre-programmed with all channel set, on arrival, so truly plug and play, good quality product at a great price.

The ability to buy a box already configured for my region saved me hours of setting up and channel matching time. Very happy. Worked first time.

I had issues setting up my box because I use a motor, and the manual doesn't help.
I was still stuck after exchanging a few messages with Stephan at World of Satelite.
At this point, Steph offered me a one-to-one tutorial session at their workshop, where he explained everything I needed to know.

Excellent service and support. Prompt delivery, but due to my own misunderstanding about LNB types I was unable to configure my new receiver correctly.

I raised a support ticket, and very quickly received an explanation for my problem, with recommendations for what replacement LNB I actually needed. Along with detailed screenshots explaining how to configure the new LNB.

LNB arrived quickly, and following the detailed screenshots in the support ticket, everything was soon working as expected.

What I thought was going to be a complicated issue was perfectly diagnosed, with very helpful info in the first email response.

I have purchased quite a boxes in my time, I've had to send some back because they were rubbish. So decided to purchase a Z11 pro max, it arrived within two days, well packaged. The Z11 blows anything out of the water. Still getting to grips with it and all what it can do, but so far, what a brilliant box. Highly recommend World of satellite.

I have purchased many different Formuler stb's from WOS and recently had to contact them about a faulty Formuler CC not only was I surprised they have 2 years warranty and the exchange was carried out with ease, professionalism and I had a replacement within 3 days of sending the item back

I had an issue with my Formular Z10 Box. I raised a ticket online that evening and woke up to a reply very early the following morning with clear instructions to return. World of satellite received my box and it was fixed and returned within a day. I couldn't have hoped for a faster, more efficient turnaround.
