This is not the first time I have used world class travel. They have been very helpful especially Ronnie. He is been great with me. He gave me all the necessary information I need and even in this pandemic, he is been exceptional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone especially Ronnie for being such a great agent. Thanks so much Ronnie and I'm very grateful for your help and support.

This is my 2nd time booking my flight from you people, I am so pleased with your customer service especially with Ronnie. I will use you people over and over again. Thanks for making my life easier for the search of flight.

Ronnie was very helpful but there was an Issue with the Tickets of not being received which I raised with Ronnie, once he tried to be helpful. Phoned back with the News that an airline had changed it's time so he had got a hold of other tickets off other Airlines. By that time The News had announced that no-one should be travelling by Air for Non-Essential Travel si I intend to go to The British Embassy to find out the exact information on this issue but regarding Ronie's performance most TOP.

Needed an urgent reasonable ticket to India last minute in February 2020, it was a bit expensive but a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Vani the customer service assistant was great, sorted A to Z (everything) out for me, even did the Online check in for me and arranged me with a great seat on a upper deck. Would definitely buy a tickets from them again and will ask for Vani if she still works there. Vani is very polite and soft spoken, lovely person. Thanks Vani for making my journey pleasant.

Excellent service

Was a bit sceptical about booking tickets to Amritsar from Heathrow with this company after reading other reviews. I was reassured by the customer advisors that the bookings are 100% safe. I eventually booked 5 tickets and I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking for cheap tickets. They beat prices and offered cheaper tickets. Other companies were charging over £1000 per ticket however we booked our tickets for £600 with this company, was a huge saving. They were professional and very fast. Tickets were sent via email within 48hours, however confirmation and tickets were available on Qatar’s website as soon as we paid for the tickets. Spencer, was very attentive and answered all questions and kept me up to date with what’s happening with the booking. I will definitely book future holidays with this company and recommend them to my family and friends.

Good support and help from staff ( Specially Vani) during Christmas travel times

No doubt they are very helpful from the beginning until you paid for your ticket but after that they are not responsible for anything that's what one of the world class travels staff member David told me. I paid £1600 to world class travels for two tickets from London Heathrow to India they asked me to pay the tickets money from 3 different ways, then because of covid 19 the Qatar airways cancelled the flight and they said I'm eligible for full refund but I have to go back to world class travels because they booked my tickets. In the beginning they refused to give me refund and credit voucher. David was saying I can only change the travel date but I have to pay £300 more for each tickets. I refused this .Even the airline was saying I'm eligible for full refund. In the end I spoke to Allen he gave me refund of £998 not £1600. He said there was cancellation fee of £601.08 from the airline even the airline clearly stated on their website there will be no cancellation fees even on non refundable tickets. They broke all the rules. I'm thinking to take legal advice on this. They still own me £601.08. They should make money in the middle but when flights been cancelled by the airline they should pay all back.

What ever you do. DO NOT BUY A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT.

Good company. Jose helped me during the process. I didn't get my ticket on time (almost 3 weeks later) so I wasn't too pleased about that. However when I spoke to Alan the manager I got my ticket that very day. However now that the coronavirus situation has arisen I haven't been able to get through and i believe that they should have at least written an email or something to inform customers on what to do.

I spoke with a very polite lady called TWINKLE. She made the reservation as we were still on phone. Ticket and booking was done within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Am very happy to buy my ticket with Jose he is very honest and truthful person. He will never let you down when u buy your ticket with him. In fact he is just perfect honest and very respectful. I recommend everyone to buy from him. Thanks

It's a very good service. Ronnie who helped me to the buy the ticket knows how to talk to a costumer properly and he is a really nice and polite person. I reccomend this service to my friends.

Ronnie helped me all through my booking and he was so helpful and patient. I pray the problem about the coviD settles so we can enjoy the family holiday.
