First of all, we do not sell samples for any of our products. In case someone needs a sample for a project, majority of the time we send them a sample free of charge.
If you emailed/whatsapp us about this, we would have sorted a sample for you.
Also, if you buy 1 pc or 30 pc, it would still cost us the same price to get them to you so that's not really a valid reason to be giving 1 star for this. These are big parcels and not your regular Amazon package!
Right at the second time of asking.
It took two separate deliveries to finally get my order correct, after initially sending only three boards. This put my schedule back seven days which is frustrating at the very least.
On the plus side the staff were courteous when dealing with the issue and it was dealt with and received my goods which arrived well packaged.
