A small parcel that would fit in a jiffy bag was sent by Hermes costing nearly £5 and still hadn't arrived after a week. Even Royal Mail 2nd class isn't that slow and expensive.

Hi Olav! We're sorry you feel this way. I'd suggest in future you contact us beforehand, so we can try to resolve any issues. In this case, after tracking your delivery we can see that it arrived after 5 days. We do, also specify 4-5 working days excluding processing time when placing an order to cover for delays in our courier services.
The reason we choose a tracked service is simply to keep the customer informed and so that we can easily see if an item has gone missing - and you know where it is aswell at any time.
I'm sorry that in this case delivery wasn't quick enough for you, I will be passing on your comments to the relevant channels. Your feedback is valued, so thanks for letting us know!

Original request ‘out of stock’ and offered a ‘wait’ or ‘refund’. I emailed back suggesting alternative pore size filter and phoned but no reply. Waited a few days and emailed again for update and got a reply and alternative despatched with an apology for slowness to reply. Delivery quick.

Good product, ordering could be improved
Once ordered the process was easy, happy with the Universal Indicator Paper I got and arrived on time. One star off because the website is not easy to navigate from a mobile device. I tried to set up an account, twice, didn't work and had to order as a guest.

Fantastic customer service
