Based on their efforts to make things right I have upgraded my last review. World of Boosting has proven to me they do care about loyal customers by responding and offering dialog via Discord on the issues described.

Once was a good reliable company but has quickly become unreliable and rude. Being a loyal customer gets you long waits and ignored requests. Not sure what WofB problem is now but it is sad to experience...

I understand very much the time frames and I was not being unreasonable but when no reply to a request for ETA is beyond 24 hours that tends to aggravate customers.... you guys used to respond within a reasonable time frame for a simple question!! This review was done several weeks ago and you just replied to it, see my point??

We checked your case carefully. In the chat history, the operator asked you to wait a little, since it takes some time to find and check the presence of the needed key (you asked about "specific dungeon" option to service which even not include this). Although we always try to do everything in best way and asap, keys for specific dungeons often takes more time to prepare. And there was a clarification that if we don't find this key, then there will be random dungeons. As in the description of the service.
We are sad that you were not satisfied with this option, you didn't buy the service and used an invitation from a previous order to write this review. Although all was good with previous order.
We hope you can take a different look at the situation and change your opinion about us!

Unfortunately, we don't quite understand. When you visit the site, there are operators working 24/7. They respond as quickly as possible.
With regards to the Trustpilot, we try to react as best we can. Why the response to your review was not so fast:
At first we tried to write to you in discord and / or email, but you blocked us.
Later we thought that a little time would pass, everyone would calm down and you will contact us again (cause we can't).
Due to the fact that it wasn't possible to contact with you in any other way and you didn't try contact us, we wrote you a detailed answer here, on the Trustpilot, before that having studied all the details of all your chats with our operators to check if something was wrong before, and this is a large layer of work.
And we saw smth not good only in one of the last chats in which you ask about special conditions for you for a service that doesn't include it. Operator answered your request as quickly as possible, and we didn't refuse you, since you were a regular customer.
It's difficult to understand what didn't suit you in that case, but we have added new services. Maybe you'll like it:
now we have bundles that include 3/5/10x M+15 in time + specific dungeons +1 free trader! As always, bundles include discounts.
I think this proves that we are trying to develop and listen to every opinion to make the service better. We take problems seriously and sometimes change many things, so it can take longer time to resolve.
If you would like to discuss your situation in more detail, for convenience we can suggest switching to discord. Where you can quickly receive answers to any questions (Manager on the trustpilot only one so not work 24/7).

Definitely doing this again!
I needed to quickly gear up an alt for raid so I tried a run and it was quick, fun, and I got geared up in time for raid. I died a couple of times and didn't get the usual garbage comments from pugs. Just res and keep going.
