I am a professional full time farrier.
I shoe horses for a living.
This is a hard job that wears one down. Aches and pains are quite common in my line of work and my MARS PRO X massage chair has been a godsend.
I met Oscar and the crew at the Danish Warmblood Stallion Show ( the biggest Equine event in Denmark) in Herning and got to try out a large selection of massage chairs. The crew were very competent and friendly and were able to help me choose the perfect chair that suited me best.
They were able to help me with financing the transaction. I have my own business , so I am able to lease the chair in my company´s name and have the tax benefits.
The Mars Pro X is a beautiful chair that can fit in any modern home.. Not one of those big black monsters you see in airport waiting areas !!!
It has many features and programs that can adresse many different issues.
I´ve had it for a year and haven't been through all of them yet !!!
It has a special cool feature called "ROVO WALK" that compresses the legs individually and can stretch and pull on them. This is a whole new dimension in the technology of massage chairs and one that I benefit from several times weekly.
Its a therapeutic and relaxation tool that I have become addicted to !!! ;-)
It´s possible to set up a personal profile with ones own preferences , such as heating of the seat and intensity of the massage functions. ( separate adjustments for different body areas.)
My profile name is " Grandfather"...it was one of the pre-installed options !!!
My only regret is that I waited so long before I acquired it !!
All the staff I´ve been in contact with at the company " World Of Comfort" were extremely competent and pleasant to work with. From the salespeople to the office and delivery guys.
I don´t have any comment regarding service or repairs , since the chair is in perfect working condition and never needed any service.
I would strongly recommend a massage chair from World Of Comfort to any hard working person that wants to prolong their productivity and increase their well being.

I have owned two Pluto max massagers in two years and each died just before one year. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement! I got the second one thinking it was just bad luck but the same thing happened. For the price you charge and to receive such a low quality product is appalling. I’ve tried to call them and they said to write an email. I wrote an email but got no response. Please stop scamming people WOC! Shame on you!

Amazing customer service by Mr. John at Rødovre Centrum at first visit and later on 30th of July, we came across also with Mr. Isam, another fantastic WOC staff from Jylland. These 2 guys have amazing customer service. I and my wife and even our 14 year´s son are satisfied with all the explanation and friendly behavior of those guys mentioned above. We decided to buy Atmos massage chair on Rødovre Centrum, made papers on 30th of July and got fixed at our home in Vanløse on 4th of August. The delivery guys Adnan and Nazmi were also very nice. Adnan even explained us the operation of the chair very nicely although John and Isam had done that already. So we are 100% satisfied until now and hopefully we will get good cooperation and help in need, in days to come.

Regarding the massage chair machine, we are confident that the chair will be paid-off its price with our improved health. We have bought the chair on the financial help from Resurs Bank with 0% interest which is also worthy to get. Finally, we thank all the guys who came across with us while buying the massage chair and we wanna of course recommend other people to try with these massage chairs and equipment with WOC. We wish a bright future of WOC and their friendly staffs.
