Will never buy from this company again! The customer service is non existent, I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and a few days later i received an email to say they had been dispatched over a week later they still hadn't arrived so I tracked the parcel and it hadn't moved anywhere! I emailed 3 times about this and got no response at all. The leggings finally arrived over 2 weeks after I ordered them.
Now I want to return 2 pairs of them as they don't fit. I filled in an online form to request a refund 2 weeks ago and was sent an automated reply saying they will get back to me if my request has been "accepted "! I have heard nothing back. These people do not respond to any emails and their is no way of returning items. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Order not received, no customer service... Had to go through Paypal to get a refund... Just rude...Will not be using again, which is a shame as I liked their products... Order placed 27 Feb 23, 3 emails later and still no reply...

The leggings arrived in damaged packaging, torn and very dirty. Have never been able to wear them .Want a total refund but still haven't heard anything.

I ordered 4 pairs of leggings in November. I wanted to return 3 pairs. I started the return process and received an email saying they would be in touch with how to return. I have had nothing since, despite several more chasing emails!!! I have been left out of pocket !! PayPal are no help either !!

Wanted to send back as don't fit not responce on how to do so

I have not recieved any email or items since ordering a week ago. They have not responded to my email enquiring as to why.

No response from customer service after sending more than one message. Returned goods yet to receive refund.

Nice products (that gets them 2 stars) but returns process is shocking. Got a returns code on 9NOV and they said we will contact you in a few days…… well after 2 chasers and nearly 2 week I’ve received nothing. I bought over £150 of goods and now stuck with 2 items I can’t use.
I wouldn’t buy from them again not worth the hassle.

Bought some leggings online and heard nothing since. It’s been a week.

Still waiting on a reply to return an item.

Sizes not to size and when I contacted customer services I was ignored. Not a great experience at all and lefgings are not cheap!

Good quality leggings, I love them. I have ordered from here before and I will continue to order.
