Initially the order process was good and my item arrived swiftly, however although the quality appears to be good the fit is poor so I'm wanting to return it.
I've requested the return online as it states to do so but have not heard anything since!! I've replied to the email on the return confirmation and still nothing!! I won't be ordering from this company again.
PLEASE RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS AND SORT OUT YOUR RETURNS SERVICE AS ITS CURRENTLY NON EXISTENT!!

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings, great price, delivery is a bit slower than some places but the quality is good. One of them arrived with a hole in the back but its easier to sew than send back, would definitely order again.

Unable to return and exchange. Poor customer service
I have been trying for 3 days to find out how to exchange my leggings for a smaller size. I have contacted them via Facebook twice including messenger and sent emails to 2 different addresses including customer service but I have not had a response.
I love the leggings but they are too big. The quality is great but the quality of customer service and communication is terrible. I would love to wear these leggings and they are not cheap but now I am stuck with leggings that are too big and no way to return them. I'm very disappointed
