World of Roses started growing roses in Bedfordshire in the 1960's. The family run business was started by Paul Chessum initially producing roses in his parents back garden. Over the years, the business has evolved and expanded to become one of the largest growers in the UK and Europe and is now in its third generation in the family. We are specialist suppliers and growers of premium quality British roses, supplying garden centres and our own online store. We have recently expanded our product range to offer beautiful gifts to cater for all occasions.

Thank you products were exactly as described. I bought 2 as gifts and both recipients were delighted.
You didn’t do what you said, you never put anything on the rose to say that it had been named after my sister ( Leisse Ann) it was a surprise for her 60th birthday and you spoilt it for me by not naming the rose, I felt like you have cheated me and I won’t use you again, you didn’t even bother getting back to me after I complained.

Service and delivery quick.
Rose plant not what expected. Didn’t look like it was on website. Smaller plant. Some of leaves looked mottled and crinkled. Know it is beginning of season for roses but it was disappointing. This was a very special delivery for a member of my family in remembrance of her baby daughter. It was a shame it didn’t look more healthy. Hopefully new growth will be better. If I could’ve bought it from a garden centre, I would have but particular variety not available in local garden centres when I looked.

Not 3 to 5 working days delivery. Took 10 days. Courier tracking information reported incorrect address which it wasn’t. No message with delivery. Not contacted back by customer services re absent delivery on enquiry. Roses delivered were damaged. Dried out and soil was all over the place. Items were for birthday presents so recipients had to complain to me regarding the state of the roses. Very embarrassing. Had to end up calling customer services re issues. Asked for replacement to be sent as soon as possible as they were birthday presents.

Used their “name a rose service”. Don’t bother to pay the extra, all you get is a crookedly, poorly printed scrap of paper with the persons name on, and a printed label stuck to the paper with your message printed on it! Just buy a rose locally and print your own name(s) and message and save money. I complained to customer service via email and it took a week to respond with an offer to print it again but straight this time! By which time it was too late.
