my subscription for two of worldsim…

my subscription for two of worldsim cards ran out , contacted them asking if could be topped or would I need to purchase two new sim cards ,worldsim informed me that could just top up as sim cards are still active, topped both cards up and tried to make calls but put number to ring the system just rang once then cut off tried again on both sims but same happened, contacted world sim who sent some instructions on what to and to get in touch if not worked, that was over a month ago since then have sent worldsim messages explaing that when money was on the sims and could use them with no problem they where set profile3 but now if sett them to profile 3 dont work and when dhdcing how set up it is profile 1 which, asking to send my money back from both sim cards as thd are not working so I can purchase sim cards from elsewhere, still not had any reply from worldsim so if anyone is thinking about purchasing sim cards from worldsim think hard and check if there are better companies tha you can use, jyxt letyi g ghe mk ey run out ax cannot use the money up by phoning, once they have got your money they do not care if you csn phone or not

For long time travellers and nomads the…

For long time travellers and nomads the WorldSim is an important tool. During my actual stay in South America I faced a technical issue with my WorlSim: Suddenly no outgoing calls and SMS working. After staying in close contact with the support team the problem(which turned out to be a tricky one) could be solved step by step. Thanks a bunch to all support team members- excellent job done!

All your credit will be lost if the service is not used for 3 months. But where does it state that?

The reason for deducting 2 Stars is that an extremely important matter which I have not seen having gone through multiple pages of your online information was not found.
Important issues like that should be made very obvious to customers and I wonder how many customers have been caught out by it!

During the Live Chat service I asked some very detailed questions and was shocked to be told that if the service is not used for 3 months then all the remaining credit will be lost and that the phone numbers issued will be reallocated.
That is really shocking as important information like that must be made very obvious to customers.

The various eSIM Pro bundles state that the credit is valid for 1 year, but no mention is made of the 3 month issue mentioned above.
So, is the 3 month issue, fact or fiction?
And if fact, exactly where is it documented?
And why is it not made very obvious?

The first person I communicated with on the ‘Live Chat’ service was Wayne who, I assume was a newbie as he did not know a lot and there was considerable time between asking a question and getting a response. On a couple of occasions I was about to send him a message, “Hey Wayne are you still there?” But with anyone new you have to give them time to learn the job or be better supervised. But a simple message from him, “I am checking it out please hold on” would have sufficed. Towards the end when I was about to send another message the Live Chat was terminated. I did not terminate it, so who did?

Later that day I used the Live Chat service again and communicated with a person called Isaak. He was good and very helpful and knew his stuff.

I am still considering the purchase of this product.
