I’m very delighted with Bhavna Dutt, I received a phone call from Bhavna regarding my booking flights, just a reminder if I received my E-tickets, which I received a month ago.
It was a nice touch to get that call for a reminder, also the booking can be adjusted.
But I was all good with the booking, however I needed help with seat bookings, Bhavna helped me and sorted very quickly, and now I can relax not worry about seat bookings.

I was making a booking online but did not seem to complete. So I called the contact center and spoke to Sandy. he was very helpful in giving assistance to make sure that the booking was completed successfully. Explaining why the process had failed and need to be assisted. Sandy was very polite and listened to my questions and answered them fully and gave reassurance that booking will be completed and kept me informed, at all the stages. Sandy stayed on there call whilst we waited for are the email process and confirmations to be completed. Thank you for your help and assistance, very much appreciated.

Extremely Dishonest Booking Trap! Extorting More Money After Taking Payment—Avoid at All Costs!

Booking a flight on this website was easily the most repulsive and appalling consumer experience I have ever had.

Their signature tactic is using a cheap ticket price to lure you into paying. However, just when you think the booking is complete and you are excited to plan your trip, they send you a notification one or two days after taking your money, claiming there was a "system error" and that they cannot issue your original ticket.

They then present you with three completely unacceptable options:

Disguised Extortion: Forcing you to pay extra to secure the flight you originally booked (e.g., forcing you to pay for a price markup to upgrade an originally non-refundable ticket to a flexible ticket just to issue it).

Forced Downgrade: Offering utterly unreasonable alternative options that serve only to cut their own costs (e.g., forcing you to change a weekend booking to a weekday flight).

Helpless Refund: If you refuse to comply, your booking is canceled and you are left waiting for a full refund, having completely wasted your time and compromised your travel plans.

Taking people's money, holding their funds hostage for days, and then claiming the ticket cannot be issued unless they pay more or accept a severe downgrade is an utterly disgusting and unethical business practice.

Moving forward, even if I have no other choice left, I will never use this website’s services again. I will also make sure to share this real experience with all my friends and family and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this site.
