Avoid working with these amateurs.

Rough start when the original handyman cancelled 2hrs before the project was supposed to start. He was very arrogant and told me that my job was too small for him and to go look for another contractor to install my shower doors. I called the office and they sent someone else. This guy was not professional at all, barely spoke English and made multiple mistakes during the install. He installed the door on the wrong side and drilled extra holes in my new tile due to measuring improperly. I had him tear out the tiles he damaged and re-tile, luckily Lowe’s had the material on hand so it matches. This was a project that should have taken one day however, it took 8 days to complete, almost. I say almost because he left today without caulking the inside of the shower to make it waterproof. He said his caulk was bad, I asked if he was going to get more and come back to finish, he said no. I called the office and they gave me the runaround. After cleaning the mess he left in my shower, I discovered damage and chips to the new shower pan that was installed a couple of weeks ago. Obviously I was angry and called the office again, Mary said she’d call back but hasn’t. Don’t work with this company and avoid the frustration of dealing with amateurs who do not care about their quality of workmanship. Pay a little more and have someone who knows what they’re doing and more importantly, cares about what they’re doing.
