Never again

I recently booked a 4 night holiday to Tuscany,from Oslo to Milan and return. After receiving the tickets it was clear that the flight times were at odds with what I call a 4 night break.
26/2/20 arriving Milan airport at 22.30hrs,then a 3.30 hrs drive by coach to an unnamed Hotel arr.3am and bed by 4am.
1/3/20 leaving Hotel at 2am, 3.30 hr.drive back to Milan airport for 07.45 dep bearing in mind we have to arrive 2hrs.before departure time.
In truth a 2 full night break.
The invitation to travel was cancelled due to unhelpful information regarding the CIVID-19 VIRUS at Milan airport ,which is also being investigated.
